“more than expected”

Having experienced other hotel/motel stays elsewhere, this was . an experience to rember. management and siaff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. thanks. If they can be rated higher do it.

“Pleasant Surprise”

On arriving at the hotel after driving 8 hours from Cincinnati, I found the staff to be courteous, informative and very friendly. My room was nicely appointed, clean and everything was in good working order. They have a nice breakfast, lounge for happy hour and a work out room, all very nicely run and maintained. I was really surprised at the amenities for such a reasonable price. I am now a big fan of the Batavia Travelodgee and will be back. This hotel is under new ownership and they are working hard to be very good at what they do. i recommend this place happily.

“Worked for us”

We were basically only there to sleep for two nights. We were gone the rest of the time. So, we were looking for a low price and, quite honestly, did not have high expectations. We were pleasantly surprised. It was fairly clean. The workers were very friendly and accomodating. And breakfast was included. You want to pick your time for breakfast. The "make your own waffle" is quite popular. Normally, I like to get a room with a refrigerator & microwave, which here apparently is not an option. Other than that, it was a great choice for the price.

“the new york stop”

check in at 1am ,the clerk was very friendly,i slept well even though my frind had problems, something to do with his nose i guess. i would have liked a bagel & peanut butter in the morning. thanks Doug

“sufficient for a one night stay”

The building is in good condition, and our room was very clean, but had a bad odor. We bought a little car air freshener and put it on the air conditioner, then we were fine. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. This is very convenient to Darien Lake, about a 25 minute drive to the gate.

“Good hotel for your money.”

Great hotel for the money you pay, no luxury but you are not paying for it. There was some trash around the grounds of the hotel not picked up and left there to blow away.

The Staff was very accommodating.Very pleasing and met all our needs efficiently.Great guildelines on excellent eaterys.

“May 2012”

Check-in staff was pleasant and informative. Only stayed one night (passing through) but overall was a nice stay. Enjoyed the shower. Wi-fi was easily accessed. I would stay again for a night or two, but not more. Bed was comfortable but not for more than overnight.

“Room OK...Maintenace Lacking”

Our room was clean and comfortable. The ice machine was dirty. The elevator was ancient , and the door didn't work. (We finally gave up on it. ) We were told that a new elevator door was on order. The price was reasonable. Good for an overnight.

“Recommend Only For People With A Limited Budget”

I was impressed with the comfort of the bed/mattress considering the condition of the hotel. Staff was friendly. It was a quiet stay.
