Pros: Quiet surrounding, peaceful. Wildlife:, wallabies, kangaroos, kookaburras.
Cons: Better advertising of rooms. Some rooms are not pleasant at all!
Location: About 10 minute drive to Batemans Bay; good location to drive to sites.
We were very disappointed in the camp style room that we had booked with expedia. We paid the extra money to get an upgrade which was nice. The breakfast was good. Surrounding and wildlife awesome. Hosts were pleasant. The whole spa looks as if it is ready to close down. Was probably beautiful in its time.

Cons: We liked the Chalet just as it is
Location: Close to Batemans Bay,NSW Nature Coast. Nearby activities: the famous MOGO Zoo, Joy flights, skydiving, beaut beaches, fishing, gold panning
What a great place to stay at - the location with the beautiful ocean and island views, the mountain range to the west, the unspoilt natural forest. We had such a great night's rest with comfy beds, fresh air and the quiet. Owners are very friendly and accommodating to requests. Breakfasts are good and we used all facilities. I had one of the best massages ever and my partner had also the best facial ever! Can highly reccommmend Chalet Swiss Spa

This was not what we expected. Hotel very dated with small rooms It was not up to usual standard for 4 star rated hotel. Hosts were very friendly and helpful but we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel.Our room was not made up for second day of our stay we do not expect to make our own bed and clean bathroom.

Hallo Bradley, We are sorry you found Chalet Swisse Spa unsuitable. When guests check in, we always show them our facilities, then the room they booked, and ALWAYS ask the guest if they are happy with the room. If a guest is not happy we offer an alternative room or refund their money. Regarding making up a room: You must have overlooked the door decal which states on one side: "Please make up my room" and on the other side: "Do not disturb". If there is no notice on the outside of the door, we do not enter because we acknowledge your right to privacy. If you would look on "Tripadvisor" you would find that most people give us a rating of 5 out of 5. Kind regards, Herbert. (Manager)
