Ozark Expectations

Pros: Freindly staff!
Location: Blanchard Springs Caverns, Ozark Folk villages and Music Festivals within thirty minutes. Lots of scenic drives.
Really wanted to like this hotel! But! for a Ramada it was a disappointment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were old, outdated, and many little needed repairs/upkeep were neglected.Light switches didn't work, electrical outlets missing covers, etc. Room was kept clean and freshen every day of visit. Hard economic times were telling. Restaurant was closed (so were all others in town). Fast food abundant. Central to our visit and the area we would stay again, but of necessity, not choice.

Bad Room Service. Disgusting room

Stained blankets with cigarette burns. Dirty floors. Bugs in bathtub.Gave a full refund after threatening to call CEO.

Clean, convenient, and the staff is very friendly

Pros: Reasonable, convenient, clean, the staff is OUTSTANDING !
Cons: More lighting highlighting the entrance off of the main highway.
Location: I was there on business, did not have time to sight see or be entertained.
We only spent one night, but if I am in search of a hotel in Batesville, AR again, I will definitely stay at Ramada !

Room was too hit when we arrived.

Room to hot and took a while to cool down. The water pressure was not that great.

Very inexpensive but needs better maintenance

Location: not sure as was on business
Older hotel but clean.There were several maintenance issues:bathroom electrical outlet not operable,bathroom light flashes,front door card reader intermittant not functional.I brought that to the attention of staff and it was not remedied during my stay.The worse part was the last night ants got into the room when crackers were left out.The things got into the bed.I notified the staff the next day and all I got was"i'm sorry". The mexican restaurant was very accomodating and the food was great. The rooms are spacious,has microwave and a fridgerator that actually keeps things frozen.The beds are very comfortable.

Lisa at the front desk was very helpful! What we like about this hotel as opposed to the newer ones in that are, is that your hotel room door opens to the outside. Sometimes this isn't what I want for safety etc. when I'm traveling alone. When we hare traveling with a trailer, jeep without a top etc. It's nice to be able to park right in front of your room. The room we stayed in last seemed to have been updated. It was clean, had a microwave and fridge. We will stay there again.

The room was clean and had everything you need. Not lavish, but good clean basic hotel room. Front desk sevrice was friendly.

Brought my son to lyons college, staff was friendly and helpful very nice, location was great, and although room could use some fixing up (hole in wall above head board, Crack in ceiling, need painting) it was clean, smelled good and very well stocked. Management was very understanding of my late arrival.thanks for the wonderful stay!
