“It Met My Needs In a Pinch”

I was satisfied with the room. However, I am a disabled person (Degerenrative Disc Disease - 3 discs gone in my lower back) and found the room to be difficult to get to. There is no elevator, which was hard on me to have to carry my bags to my room. Although the nice lady that checked me in was kind and compassionate about my plight, no offer was made to have my bags brought to my room for me. Outside of this discripancy I was satisfied with my stay.

staff where very hospitable and friendly. They went out of there way to make our stay comfortable and provided us with services we did not expect.

“Adequate”

No problem with cleanliness, plus there was ample and convenient parking, but there were some annoyances. The wifi wouldn't connect. The ice machines were hard to find. For the price there should have been a free breakfast offering.

“This Hotel Needs An Upgrade”

My room was musty smelling and the bathtub was badly stained. Overall the hotel needs interior upgrades.

Rooms were not clean, no water in the swimming pool, left bag in room, Ipod was missing when we picked it up
