Nice HotelPosted Nov 24, 2014
I stayed with my Mother and Daughter in the Garden Suite. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and toasty. Breakfast was very good, and plenty to keep you going till dinner. An occasional lack of finishing touches were a shame, like the tissue box empty, the sink draining very slowly and an up turned corner of the rug which could be a trip hazard, but they didn't distract from a very pleasant stay with very pleasant staff.

Best hotel in BathPosted Sep 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Henrietta House is a gem. Our room was comfortable, attractive, and clean, and the hotel is in easy walking distance of everything you would want to see or do in Bath. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They recommended great restaurants, helped print out boarding passes, and shared information about Bath. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 2-week trip through the British Isles.

Lovely if you want really localPosted Sep 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had to leave early as the room( garden suite) was below grade and musty and mildew smelling - due to health reasons. The suite is not a suite by American standards - basement rooms patched together. Tiny tiny bathroom -overall cleanliness is questionable - the staff was lovely( Olaf ) in particular a gem! Sorry guys!

Nice, quiet hotel close to city centrePosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: A friendly independent hotel, clean and comfortable
Location: Only a short walk to all the main attractions in Bath i.e. Pump Room and train station, shopping, restaurants. etc.
A nice hotel within walking distance to the city centre and main attractions in Bath. Just off the main thoroughfare making it quiet. We only stayed for one night and travelled by train ( 10 min walk from station) so no need to park a car, although aware hotel will assist if needs be. Although no air conditioning in the room a large free-standing fan was provided that was sufficient as being on the upper floor of the Georgian house hotel this was needed. Lovely touch in the room of homemade cookies and a great breakfast the next morning. Staff helpful and friendly and would stay here again.

Will go back to Bath just for this hotel!Posted Aug 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed at Henrietta House for one night. I was visiting Bath by myself while my husband was traveling elsewhere. It was FABULOUS! I am a Jane Austen/history dork so I loved Bath and everything there was to do there. Henrietta House was the icing on the cake. The location is very convenient and the decor and atmosphere are perfect. My room was beautiful and the bathroom had a wonderful claw foot tub. I was a little sick when I was visiting, so I loved having a teapot, fresh fruit and biscuits waiting for me when I checked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the free breakfast was amazing...much more than I am used to in America. They had a great menu of traditional English breakfast dishes. I would love to stay here again and I highly recommend it! One of my favorite places I've ever stayed.
