“Comfortable and pleasant place”

Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities and pleasant helpful staff. Pretty pool and garden area.

“Pleasant stay.”

The service was very good, the staff were helpfull and cordial. The room wasvery clean and the bed very comfortable,especially important. After a long drive we had just had. I would strongly recommend this hotel based on our limited (1 night stay).

“Satisfactory, but...”

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was well turned out and clean. We were in Bath for a show at a local venue. Upon return, the lounge, was closing. It was about 10:20 PM. Several other guests from the same venue were similarly disappointed. Since the potential for a nightcap was one of the main reasons for staying there, we were dismayed. Also, in the morning, a visit to the lobby for coffee resulted in finding a vending machine. Room service was available, but, other motels seem more accomodating with coffee in the lobby. The stay was alright, but...

was put in the back 40 probably because of the expedia prepaid room.

“trip to Maine”

Overall, the stay in Holiday Inn Bath, Me was ok. Room was clean, good location. However, when we attempted to warmup the room, the heater did not work. Since it was 11pm, I didn't call the desk. The next morning, when I told to desk mgr about the heat, she simply said she was sorry and thanks. I think she should have been more sincere and offer some type of compensation ie, free breakfast, free stay next time?
