Bec in BathPosted Jul 18, 2014
We had an absolutely fabulous time in Bath and loved the accommodation. The garden was beautiful and you could visit the pet Pygmy goats and chooks at the end of it. One suggestion for people considering staying here - if you do not have a hire car make sure to sort out some sort of transport as we hadn't organised anything we caught taxis and it was very expensive!

Tim was a very warm host and was full of useful information. We loved the beautiful gardens and the home made preserves were a lovely touch. Thank you for a lovely and relaxed stay.

It was REALLY graeat to stay in School Cottage! Gorgeous place, nice light, tidy and comfortable rooms, great breackfast - tasty and healthy food, friendly staff. The only thing is that you defenitely need a car to get there and round and about.

Fantastic stay!!Posted Mar 24, 2012
Fantastic host and cottage! Tim, the host was very welcoming and very informative about the local area and the good places to eat in the neighbourhood. The cottage was immaculate and the breakfast was exceptional; the produce was all local - the eggs were from the garden hens and the meat from local farms.... Just cannot find a single bad thing to say about this place. It was an amazing experience to stay here, the area was quiet and there atmosphere was warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again if around the area

School Cottages B&BPosted Mar 20, 2012 on Hotels.com
This enhanced our little holiday break which was for my husband to participate in the Bath Half Marathon. Such a lovely venue, equaled by the high quality service and fantastic breakfasts we were served. I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. The garden was a bonus.

School CottagesPosted Feb 19, 2012
Pros: overall standard of accomodation
Cons: Car park a bit tight
Location: Easy to find with SAT NAV. Just off main route into Bath.
School cottages is directly opposite the primary school - which helps when you are trying to find it. We enjoyed the open log fire and tea served to us on arrival. Our host was very helpful and offered us good information about local places to eat, etc. Good spot for exploring the area and within short car ride of Bath.
