Convenient Location

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Plenty of Casinos, shopping, places to eat.
The room was not the cleanest, during my entire stay I found hair that was not mine in the sheets and towels.

Sat in hall for 1/2 hour after midnight

Bad experience. Room was in back building at very end of hall on 2nd floor. There are no elevators which isn't the problem. After checking in our keys almost didn't open the door to the building. After walking to end of hall and trying both keys multiple times I had to drive back to desk. They issued second set which only worked on building door after about 15 tries. Walk to end of hall, try both keys again, had to drive back to front desk for third set. They didn't work. After driving back to front again we were told someone would come to room. He used his master key to open door. We dropped our stuff to leave for dinner and said we would pick up new keys on our return. We did. Keys didn't work to open building but someone was coming out at same time and we got in. Walked down long hallway at 12:30am and both keys did not work. I refused to go to desk again and called hotel from my cell phone and said it happend three times the night before and I'd like someone sent up. Sat it hall for 15minutes when someone finally showed up with new keys and they didn't work. He said he would be back. About 15 minutes later the same man from the night before who happens to live in the first room on the second floor of this building used his master key and opened door. It was well after 1am and we had been sitting in the hallway. He said "I'm sorry" and that was it.

non smoking room wreaked of smoke

hotel was ok - not the best every but figured for the price ... however our non smoking room just wreaked of smoke - very gross

Pros: Das Frühstück
Cons: Am Pool wurden die Tische nicht gesäubert, am anderen Tag war der Dreck vom Vorabend noch da.
Location: An einer vielbefahrenen Straße, es ist nicht wirklich viel in der Nähe (Fastfood und Welcome Center)
Das Motel liegt an einem Highway, nebenan eine verriegelte Sportsbar. Das ist nicht so schön, aber wenn man schläft, sieht man es ja nicht. Ansonsten verfügt das Best Western über alles, was Motels in der Klasse bieten. Das Frühstück war recht gut.
