Great deal

Pros: Location
Cons: The continental breakfast was sub par. Eggs were not good. Like they were taken out of a freezer and reheated.
We only needed to stay one night. Wish we could have stayed longer. The amenities in the room were great. Continental Breakfast, not so much. Everything else was worth a return visit.

Impossible to Access

Hotel had only one small entrance for cars. Absolutely ridiculous. Grounds were in bad shape and clientele was questionable at best.

We are surprised to read that our entrance is not convenient for cars because we have big trucks or vans accessing the property everyday for deliveries, without difficulties. Concerning our clientele, we have a police officer on property every night for your safety, if their behavior is inappropriate and not respecting our standards. Family weekend

Pros: The staff were very friendly and professional from the first day until our last day.
Cons: I wish they had additional parking. The parking lot is a nice size, but tends to fill up at night.
Location: Awesome location, near a grocery store, a Walmart, restuarants, a waterpark and a major mall.
We planned a mother-daughter weekend and I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The front desk staff and manager were very helpful and professional from the very first phone call down to the checkout process. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen area was a nice size. The housekeeping staff, was very friendly and assisted with any and all request. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the cook was pleasant as well. This was my first visit to the Chase Suites Hotel, but it will not be my last.

Low income Housing

Was over charged for Rm Deposit. Staff was more concerned that you didn't have a party or damage any of there property. Never expressed any concern if stay was pleasant. Overall this is a roach motel with unprofessional Staff that need to be retrained on guest hospitality.

Pros: Suites and full kitchen. Great for kids.
Cons: Need a better way to get up to second floor.
Nice quiet location in the heart of Baton Rouge. Suites on the second floor are great. No elevators.

The rooms are a steal for the price.

Pros: The rooms are fantastic for the price. Very clean and in great condition. The pool area was also very nice, but the hot tub jets were not all workin
Cons: Rooms were not ready when we arrived and had to wait until after 4, but they did get us both first floor units in the same building.
Location: There is a super high end restaurant next door but not much else around so we took a cab to Chimes which is good.
Well worth the price, staff is good. Breakfast wasn't bad for a hotel breakfast. Easy access from I10 / I 12. It was a beautiful day in late March and we took advantage of the pool area. The place was not nearly fully occupied but we still had to wait for rooms.

Clean hotel near downtown

Location was convenient. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Only one negative, fitted sheet did not fit mattess and I had to get up in night to pull sheet back on corner of bed.
