Nice Hotel

Stayed for one night. Its a little confusing how to get to the hotel but other than that it was nice and very clean

Close, Convenient & Clean

The room was lovely - clean and very comfortable. The staff were also absolutely pleasant and were happy to accommodate us with anything we asked for. They took care of me and my family (which included a disabled person). I'd definitely stay here again!

This was or first stop on a week long traveling vacation and it set the standard for the trip. Very nice, very clean and friendly staff!

the price was lower than cheap hotels and the fancyness of Msriott shines thru - Marriott is always top notch! I especially liked that the Bath/Shower water was water softener water! Now that is above and beyond! Each room had a balcony - over the pool in the courtyard! And clean clean!

Unprofessional Management

I would gladly give this stay 5 stars; however, the a/c made some loud distracting noise all night. I complained to the "alleged" manager to whom had the attitude of someone untrained in professionalism. I spoke with the GM later and the agreed upon resolution as of today has not been fulfilled.

Power Out

Power went out. Hotel staff kept leading us on with the amount of time of when the power would be back on. We finally decide to go out and talk to the electricians working. Their story was totally different than the hotel staff. At midnight, we finally had enough. We were hot and tired (it was June and we had been driving for the past 9 hours). We requested to be moved to one of their sister hotels. They made the call and we left. Just wish we hadn't been lead along for 4 hours on when the power was going to be turned on.
