Close to the interstate

The Extended Stay was in a very convenient location for my one night trip. It had a very comfortable room. The breakfast was the only thing that could have been improved.

Very dirty. Hair in bathroom, used cigarettes in elevator. Front desk called our room to check on us...however, it was after 9:30 pm and we were all asleep including my 7 year old daughter. Very dirty overall. Breakfast was just packaged granola bars and muffins.

Good location for our needs

Pros: The location and the helpful staff.
Cons: The rooms need to be cleaned better to remove the lingering smoke odors. If this is not effective, carpeting and draperies need to be replaced.
Location: It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway.
The hotel staff was very accommodating, but we found the hotel generally mediocre. The room was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen area was too small for our needs and the kitchen items available for our use were very limited. The worst thing I can say is that the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was a lingering smoky odor that permeated the entire room.

Overpriced motel!

Beds were standard not queen, towel service was awful. Would not give extra towels without turning dirty ones in. An inconvenience!!!! Breakfast was very limited to muffins and coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker..,

2nd impressions

Courtney provided a great deal of customer service and made sure our second night was perfect. My first night stay wasn't quite up to par due to the room having an awful odor that caused us not to have a good night rest, however the second night definitely made up for the inconvenience of the first night stay. She was very professional and understanding. Because of her customer service and professionalism I will be recommending this hotel to all my colleagues, family and friends.

There were no kitchen utensils nor glasses or cups. We had to request toilet tissue. Hallways were not vacuumed. Person at desk was alone and hotel was booked to capacity.

I also want to apologize that you may not have been told about the customized fully equipped kitchen. We are excited about providing this service to our guests, but if you were not informed, it would seem a waste of a good kitchen. The customized kitchen packages allow you to tell us exactly what you want in your fully equipped kitchen, from utensils to frying pans. Some guests just need a coffee pot and a cup, while others are ready to cook a full meal they are preparing from our very own cookbook. This feature also allows us to ensure that each item you receive to cook with has been properly cleaned before you use it. I will discuss your comments with our staff, and we will make sure our guests are informed of all that our fully equipped kitchens have to offer. The staff and I appreciate your comments, as it will only help us to improve. It would be our pleasure to have you stay with us again in the future to show you our positive strides taken to enhance your experience with us.
