The room was nice, though a little small, and the bed was quite comfortable -- good internet access.

Excellent value for price. Wireless internet. Community Coffee in lobby is a plus. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean except that housekeeping left a hand towel from the previous guest hanging over the shower bar. Great breakfast buffet, which the staff did an excellent job keeping stocked with food (including fruit, sausage biscuits, waffles, and many other choices). Elevator was broken one day - we didn't need it, but some other folks ended up carrying a lot of luggage up the stairs. Overall, a very good stay.

“Small but otherwise okay”

My wife and I booked this hotel for a long weekend away from home. The price was decent with a discount. Overall everything was "okay." The one elevator was a little small, and the service was impersonal. While there weren't any cleanliness issue, there was a slightly unpleasant smell. It did however have a pool and an exercise room which we didn't expect. Overall we might stay there again if we get a good deal on it.

“Price is right”

Overall the Fairfield is a good stay for the money. The motel is very convenient to restaurants and attractions in the area and just one block off I-10. Two things we found annoying.Elevator makes a terribly loud noise in the hall upon departure and arrival. Bathroom has very small vanity and work area.

We just love the indoor pool.It is so clean.Weither it's winter or summer we can swim with the kids, and the service is great.Everyone always has a smile, and is ready to help.

“Might go back”

Went to Baton Rouge for the day. On arrival to the hotel we saw there was a lot of kids in the pool. So we checked in and went to the room. Than we went to get some dinner. When we arrived back to the hotel there were more kids in the pool. There must have been 30 people in the pool area. I don't think they were all staying at the hotel. I overheard one of them saying they were gonna call there friend and tell them to bring their friends kids to come swim too. Later on in the afternoon we came down to the fitness center to workout and there was kids in there playing on the equipment. I was rather aggravated that here I was a paying guest and I wasn't able to use the pool or fitness center. Other than that the hotel was nice

“Very Comfortable Business Hotel”

Very courteous personnel. Appreciate the breakfast, especially when you are in a hurry to get to a business meeting or seminar.
