Property looks good from the outside and great in the lobby but things change for the bad as you walk toward the elevator where you can start to see that the property is ran down. Once in my room, run-down status is confirmed with stained bed covers, shower and even a bit of mold in the shower. I would stay again BUT not at the price I paid. Beware if you decide to stay!

Stay was okay. We had to change rooms because the tv didn’t work. When got to the new room the door didn’t close properly and the water pressure on the bathroom sink was horrible. No pressure at all!

Smells are strong and not pleasant. Decorations are nice. Convenient location. Staff are friendly but not overly helpful. Sofa sleeper did have an old dirty bandaid left from the previous guest. Staff apologized but did not do anything to resolve the issue. The stay was ok but we would not stay here again.

The room was disgusting. I checked out about 3 hours into my stay because I could not bare the room. The leveling of the room on uneven, and one could visibly see that the floor is slanted in relation to the frame of the door. The door into the room had to be forced shut. There was a spec on the bed which appeared to be the size and shape of rat poop. There was dog hair on the sheets of one bed. The other bed had sort of a makeup stain. The chair in the corner of the room was revolting. The table had a grease paste. The shower door had built up soap scum. The phone in the room had mold collecting under the dial pad. 1 out of 5

Area was nice, quiet, clean, safe and perfectly located 3 minutes away from airport. Besides the restaurant at the hotel there are no other restaurants and/or bars choices. Staff was amazingly nice and helpful.

The staff at this property is amazing! The breakfast staff - gentleman making pancakes & stocking the hot bar with eggs & meet was so nice. Our “waitress” Lilian was so sweet & accommodating. The check-in staff (we checked in 10pm ) we nice & efficient. The general Areas - check in lobby, breakfast space/dining Room were well put together and clean. The room - a junior suite - was a 5/10 cleanliness. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean, there was a can of wintergreen chew under the desk that hadn’t been picked up, and the carpet could use a cleaning. The bed was 10/10 super comfy & the amenities were upgraded. The water pressure was 5/10 - really low & hot water took forever. Overall a great stay & we’ll be back. Really convenient for a late night Baton Rouge arrival at the airport.

Booked a king room. Checked in and the room was two queens. Front desk stated that there were no king rooms available. And because we booked third party they would not guarantee the room type. We prepaid for a king room. The front desk didn’t even bother to tell us we weren’t getting the room we booked until we came back down and asked about it.

The hotel was nice. Sad there wasn’t an indoor pool. Only complaint is the price was high for not being near anything. And there’s no sidewalks to the airport from here, so if you wanted to walk, you’d have to either walk a farther distance or through the grass to get there.

I was told that they have 24 hour shuttle service over the phone and it states that on the website but they were not able to pick me up from the airport or take me to catch my early flight. I ended up spending a lot extra money on uber and lyft. The restaurant was not open at the times stated and the elevator was not working properly.

Hello Ms. Alensia, I do apologize for the misinformation. The Shuttle service is from 5a - 9p 7 days a week. The restaurant is open 7 days a week. Breakfast at 6a -10a M-F and 6a - 11a Sat & Sun. Dinner is served 7 days a week from 5p - 10p Mon - Sat, and Sun from 5p - 9p. But please, I would like for you to come back and visit with us again so that your next visit will be an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was such a convenient location, however, the hotel has a wet, damp smell throughout the hotel - especially during the rooms. The rooms are unkept, not well cleaned with poor lighting. The television was missing from my room and the front desk did assist us it’s upgrading our room to a suite due to the inconvenience. During the entire stay we (my son and I) were only able to get two face towels because they didn’t have any available. I don’t know about anyone else, but I use a different towel for my face and body. Nonetheless, the staff were very friendly and provided great customer service.

The hotel is nice, they to do repairs on the walls in the rooms, scratches on the walls and doors, bathroom shower has rust showing and the bottom of the shower door, service is great,, but hotel needs maintenance done

The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. That is about the only thing good I can say about this hotel. The rooms were adequate for sleeping and clean enough but you had to be diligent in keeping it that way. During the 6 day stay there, I did not have any housekeeping service not once and neither did any of my coworkers. We had to repeatedly go to the front desk in order to get clean towels The front desk often seemed unattended or overrun with staff that just stood there without offering any assistance. While they were polite and assisted when asked, overall the service received was very dissatisfying. The clear outline of what was and wasn't included in the breakfast was also confusing. Different people were told different things and even charged different prices. Again, the restaurant staff were extremely nice but I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or associates.
