“Dollars well spent!”

I'd stayed here several years back and the quality of the room and staff has retained the same quality that was present five years ago. This suite is a great value for your dollar and is highly recommended!

“Excellent service and amenities”

Very pleased with the room and hotel. The room was very comfortable, the AC was quiet, the drapes blocked out the light. This hotel had complimentary breakfast and dinner with a reasonably good breakfast selection and a good dinner menu (a different entree each evening) that was well prepared and included beer or wine. There were also several good restaurants within walking distance.

“perfect for Tiger Football weekend”

Very Large facility with extremely courteous staff. A little out of the way of LSU but totally worth the drive because of the spacious rooms. Even though we were there for one of the busiest football weekends & the hotel was filled to the max, our room was very quiet. Would definitely consider staying there again. Geaux Tigers!

“Homewood Suites Has Class and Style”

My family was attending the National Bowling Tournament. Usually we stay in a time share; but we did not have one in Baton Rouge so we searched the travel engines and Expedia lead us to Homewood Suites. Because we had five people in our party. Four in my family and one cousin, we were able to have a one bedroom suite sleeping four in the bedroom and our cousin slept on the sofa bed and chair. This hotel has been the only one I have ever stayed in where you did not want to leave because it was home. The staff at every level were fantastic and they took care of things immediately. We arrived early and the Claudia made sure we were in the hotel within two hours. They jumped through hoops to make your stay comfortable and every need was met. The hotel served hot breakfasts every morning and dinner Monday through Thursday including wine and beer. This saved us so much money because that is a large expense item you pay for when you travel. And the food was good. It had a computer room, laundry room, weight room and meeting room which was useful. The pool was wonderful. No matter what was going on and the employees were busy with their work duties, they would stop and talk with you and ask you how you are doing and if you needed anything. They would wave and smile at you. They gave us a lot of information about the surrounding cities as far as plantations to see, resturants to visit and tell us about the surrounding cities. We will return to Homewood Suites again.

“Happy holidays en famille”

This was the best hotel stay duriing Christmastime that I've ever had. All the staff were so friendly at arrival and helpful for my requests. They also sent out advance notice for the limited time for serving breakfast only on Christmas Day...that was such a help! And wow, did we ever luck out discovering down the street (College Drive) that the Great Wall of China restaurant was open for dinner Christmas night! Homewood Suites offer enough room to handle 6-8 people comfortably in the living area which is a huge advantage when visiting our large famlly!
