“Great hotel for the price”

I was a little hesitant about choosing this hotel due to all the bad reviews, but I decided to try it and if I didn't like it, I could just check out. The hotel is great for the price. I was a little upset regarding check in time but overall it was a very good stay. Room service and the upkeep of my room was great.

“fair deal”

Maintenance was a little slack as well as housekeeping as the first room we got had no pillows on the beds. The 2nd rooms a/c was not quite up to par but we managed. (It was really hot while we were there outside too)

This hotel was a great value for the money spent. There are a number of guests who obviously live in the building full time but it was quiet and clean. The location is also great for interstate access and places to eat. If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep comfortably, stay here.

“You get what you pay for.”

The first room they us, the air was not working very good, and the room smelled very musty. I was glad to move to another room because of the smell. Well the next room smelt just as bad. They also have a lot of people living there, I guess because of construction in the area, well a lot of them have big trucks and trailers.

“Nightmare at checkin!”

Check in was a nightmare, after driving for 7 hours, we couldn't check in until 3:00. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, several other people were ahead of us. They had 4 people behind counter, but only 1 seem to be working. When we finally got around to registering, they were not sure that room was ready. They sent someone to check it out. They told me she was waiting for me at room. Could not get out of parking area, when we got to room, nobody there. Had to return to office to get key. 2d day, no clean towels until approximately 4:00, then no small hand towels. Overall not a very good experience.

Upon checking in, we discovered the room was not cleaned. A call to the front desk and we were moved to another room.

“Average”

Best Price in town, breakfast was nice. Employees were very friendly. Only disappointment was not getting a non smoking room, bathroom was very small, and one of the double beds sheets were dirty.
