Burns on the blankets, dirty pillows with clear clumps of black hair, lumpy pillows, a single towel for a 2 queen bed room, shower rod is broken & barely holding on to the wall, bathtub faucet constantly drips

The building is run down. Holes and cracks in the walls. The bed was terrible. No closet to hang my clothes. With no carpet in the room it at least looked clean. I don’t think I would stay there again unless it was extremely cheap.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst hotel you could have stayed at. The room was nothing like what was pictured. There was nothing other than a bed and a mini fridge in the middle of the room. No table or chairs, dirty sheet and bedding. The floors were sticky. I felt unsafe in general as I was approached and offered drugs before I even got to my room.

I had three nights booked. The first keys I was given did not work. Receptionist reprogrammed keys and gave me a different room. Once in the room I noticed there was no trash can in them room the bathroom door had no lock and there was no fan with exposed wires. The beds were fairly comfortable but comforter was more a flat sheet. When I made the reservation it stated that there was a coin laundry on site, there was not. On the last night of my stay the keys stopped working and had to get them reprogrammed. The room was not cleaned, no fresh sheets or towels the whole three night stay. I had to get fresh towels from the front desk every day. Out of the five(5) employees I spoke with only one spoke English and that was the receptionist that checked us in on the first night making communicateing my needs very difficult. I will be making the same trip next year but will not be staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! There are bed bugs cocroachs, the toilet doses not have a handel, the bed that i was staying in was a non smoking room but the sheets had burn holes in them the shower rod was coming off the wall and the phone in the room does not work.DO NOT STAY HERE ITS NOT WOTH HOW CHEEP IT IS

Lots of bugs, dirty furniture and linen/towels, moldy door jamb. The furniture looked like it was stolen from a homeless encampment. The tv was good and the AC was the crown jewel of the room.

Paid for room in advance but when I attempted to check in, I was told there were no rooms available. A quick check on Expedia and others sites revealed that there were indeed vacant rooms available. My conclusion: there ere no rooms available to African Americans or there is something illegal going on at these hotels.

We were to stay two nights there was roaches all in the room and I told the front desk and he didn’t care and didn’t offer a solution. We left that morning and didn’t stay the next night. Several customers were complaining of roaches and the the front deck clerk just laid back in his chair. I do have pictures. Will never stay again.

I left my wallet with about $600 in cash in a towel in the bathroom. Left for about 2 hours, then realized it was missing. Went back to the front desk and it was there along with another personal item I had left. All the money still in tact!

This room was DISGUSTING. Beyond disgusting. The floors were so oily and dirty. You could literally slide on the floor in your shoes. The sink faucet was falling apart, the curtain over the window was barely hanging on, the shower was so nasty that I wore my crocs in the shower and was terrified to touch the wall. We opened the fridge to put our cold food in there and the fridge smelled like a dirty toilet bowl. One of the legs was bent on the bed frame. I can’t believe OYO allows their name on something like that. Gross.

The floor had something sticky over most of the surface. Probably from not being mopped with clean water after soapy water. Idk know for sure. But between the door and the first bed, it appeared something (soda maybe) had been spilled over about a 3’x5’ area closer to the bed than the door. Other than that, it was fine. Good shower and beds were acceptable. I don’t expect 5 star conditions from an economy hotel

Save your time and money and go somewhere else
We arrived after driving 9 hours only to wait for 30 minutes because the maintenance man had the keys and the office was locked. The maintenance man was driving arojnd the property in his silver suv and finally decided to drop off the keys then we were directed to one side of the building when infact the room was on the opposite side. We then get to that room and it stunk so bad we all gagged. Went back to the office yet again for another cleaner room. Finally got a decent room. We had another reservation anf decided to cancel due to our experience. Hopefully no one else gets this experience.

Experience was horrible. When I arrived there was a 50$ deposit which is not mentioned before at all. The people working the property were completely rude. We were put into a room that had a broken air conditioner as well as other issues. Overall the stay was not good at all.

think twice
stayed here while our hiuse was getting ready for move in issues i had cigarette burns in sheets,tv didnt work, took 3 days to fix, holes un walls ,charged me a pet fee for my service animal and was not supposed to and would not refund me ..there is a reason it lowest rate in town,homeless people all over kids scared to go outside..this is not a memorable stay
