Cons: The beds in the room we stayed in could truly use a new mattress. My husband is a large man (over 6' and 250 lbs), and he was not comfortable at all.
Very helpful, courteous staff. Convenient to LSU...

Pros: Location
Cons: Need blowdryer in rooms.
Great location for LSU games, the lobby is very nice, staff was excellent. Only downfall, we were on the 9th floor and you can hear the Interstate/highway traffic, didn't sleep at all.

We ALWAYS stay at Marriott

Pros: We like the affordable price, the clean rooms, and the friendly staff.
Cons: I used to enjoy the cookies by the front desk:)
Location: The location is near LSU, The Mall of Louisiana, many restaurants, the Louisiana State Capital, and casinos.
We do not live far from Baton Rouge, but when we want a quick getaway, we reserve a night at the Marriott. The rooms are always clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning is delicious. The front desk staff is animated and accommodating and enjoy making sure we are happy.

Nice for the price

Pros: Great fitness room for a hotel at this price point
Cons: Needs a hot tub and or sauna. Our room didn't have a mini fridge. Saw that some others did, asked for one, but never got it.
For the price it was great. Clean and nice. Nice view. Hotel bar was overpriced, but most are. Well worth it. Stayed two days and would stay there again if in town.

I purchased the breakfast upgrade for $10 extra which was a great deal. Compared to $13/person the hotel charges. Fresh breakfast with made to order pancakes and omletets and waffles.

Not clean, smell bad, out of 4 days one day staff did not clean room, two time had to ask for new towals

Overall average hotel. Requested for a refrigerator. I brought my daughter and needed to put her Milk in the ref. no ref available. The air condition is already at 62 but feels like 70

Unfortunately, it is limited availability and you have my apologies that we did not have one available for your daughter's milk. Issues with air conditioning are usually an easy fix for our maintenance staff. I hope that this was a problem we were able to fix before your departure from the hotel.
