The pictures online did not match anywhere close to the room we got. Very old, dirty and just plain run down. On a positive note the AC worked great

The bathroom smells of smoke, it’s absolutely disgusting. Only here for the night but $100 I could have stayed somewhere else that seemed less appealing but may have been cleaner.

Did not feel clean, asked for clean sheets and towels after lunch and had to strip the bed and bring everything to the front desk myself. I should not have to do any of that when I’m paying for a room. Very disappointed with my stay overall. Place did not feel clean or nice.

The hotel is outdated. It's convenient for the cheap price. However, the rooms don't have a microwave. And you have to ask the front desk for an iron. No ironing board included.

my only issue is the beds are very small! It claims to be queen but it is def a full size... my first assigned room was extremely small BUT the associate was very pleasant about getting me a more suitable room.

I liked nothing about the property, it was very dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, the room, the bed had cigarette burns, everything was sticky, the area around the hotel is decent, last time I try to go cheap, but it had good reviews,? I absolutely don’t know where they were from? I didn’t even stay. I checked in and checked out 20 minutes later lost my money, but didn’t care because I absolutely was not staying there.

Upon check in the workers at the front desk were not friendly at all. After finding our reservation they made snarky comments regarding a deposit. Once check in was completed we went up to our room. The door to our room was open and there was a man in it “working” on the door. We didn’t feel safe at this point. We went back down stairs to inform the front desk and request a refund. They knew nothing of this man being up there. After some conversation the man called someone and told us this was his maintenance man. The hotel was nasty with a bad odor throughout. When I requested the refund again they told me they could do nothing with a refund and I would have to contact my booking agency. I did, still couldn’t get a refund. All this transpired, from booking online to leaving the property, within a matter of 30 minutes or less.

Horrible hotel
It was a very nasty hotel the compliment tree breakfast that was supposed to be between six and nine we went there at 7:30 and there was two bald eggs two slices of bread, a half a gallon of milk, and some very burnt coffee. The rooms smelled very bad. The toilet would not flush half the time the TV was hanging off the wall.

HORRIBLE. I couldn’t believe it. Our stay was supposed to be short just to go to the game but I couldn’t last in that trap house but a few hours. The room was disgusting, the towels were dirty, that chair in the room looked like someone died on it and the most horrific thing is that was a blood spatter on the floor!!! Called an employee in to look at it and he was speechless. At least the AC was cold.

The guests in the room above us were so loud all hours of the night. It sounded like they were running all night. You could also hear their shower running for several hours. The smell of marijuana was so strong it made us sick. Despite us not getting much sleep, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The guy down the hall from us who spent the afternoon *yelling* everthing he said was bad enough... he finally quieted down and wasn't making any noise when we got back. But the LOUD music from the floor above us was so bad we gave up, packed our stuff and left. When the front desk person asked if everything was ok, and we told her why we were leaving, all she did was shrug and make a face. The premises were fairly clean, to be fair, but the property is a LOT more run-down than the photos made it seem. We won't be back, nor will we recommend anyone we know stay there.

Avoid!
Avoid this place. Stayed there in preparation for an early morning surgery. I was really glad to have the next night in the hospital! First they tried to give us a room that was already occupied. Then they put us in a room with a very wobbly toilet and a non-functioning shower (discovered the next morning when I tried to shower). The noise in the lobby was so loud it woke me up at 3 a.m. There were teens running around yelling and their adult was watching the TV loudly. There was nobody at the counter. I THINK the woman was the Night Shift staff - maybe? If so, she wasn’t keeping the peace. The next morning the staff very nicely agreed to move my husband to a new room. It was non-smoking and yet stank of cigarettes. He ran the AC all day while with me at the hospital. That night the smoke was so bad from the room next door that he had to put a towel under the door to block it. And the noise level from that room was bad. We stayed there to avoid getting up at 4 a.m. to get to my surgery appointment. I ended up going into surgery unbathed and severely sleep deprived. This is not the place to stay if you want a peaceful night.
