Great stay

Pros: Beds, comfort,cleanliness & appearance of public and private spaces. Free breakfast daily, free dinner snacks Tues - Thurs nights were full meals.
Cons: Maids checking rooms to make sure all amenities are refilled/restocked. Electrical issue in dining/kitchen needs resolution. Everything else is great.
Location: Located adjacent to LSU campus...very convenient for games or visits to LSU, Located close to other city attractions, easy access to Interstates.
Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was great, clean, and very comfortable. Some small exclusions made me rate this overall a 4 out of a 5...kitchen area didn't have any dish soap. We had to request a spare roll of toilet paper. The tea and coffee wasn't replenished the second day. The bed runner at the end of one bed disappeared after the first day...my sister had removed it from her bed and folded it up...but, the maid removed it. Every morning (3 or 4 mornings )we went down for breakfast (which was excellent) there was some sort of electrical problem in the kitchen and dining area and it was on emergency power only...this meant nothing could be heated, no toast, no dispensing of juice, no waffles, etc. and paper plates and utensils. Our room, which was on the same floor as the dining room/kitchen wasn't affected, neither was the elevator). We were still able to have a good hot breakfast, due to covered dishes...and coffee thermos pumps. Every day the outage was shorter in duration, but still happened. Rather disconcerting that it wasn't resolved the first day.

Nice breakfast! The breakfast room was very large and clean. The coffee counter on the first floor near the elevator was very nice, too.

Stayed overnight on business. Great location, plenty of amenities, and fairly clean. Breakfast was a little on the weak side, but it is included in the room price. Really appreciate the kitchenette and sitting area concept, make sthe stay less like a closet and more like a mini-suite. They even have gas grills available if you'd prefer to eat in.

I love staying at staybridge hotel. will stay again when passing through Baton Rouge. beautiful place to stay when on vacation.

Not the weekend get away I had in mind!

We booked a king size bed for my husband and I and received 2 double beds instead. We were then transferred to a handicap room. The AC didn't cool so we had to sleep with the window open. I couldn't make coffee in the am because they didn't stock the room with what we needed. Not good!
