Pros: On campus. Around many restaurant options. Well priced. Convience of home ammenities.
Cons: Hotel staff was accomodating but no acceptional customer service. Kept emphasizing no partying in rooms.
Location: Running the LSU lakes and campus, PF Changs, Mall of Baton Rouge & Perkins Rowe - Shopping.
Fantastic hotel stay. It was a huge room for the price. Great loction - LSU campus. Clean. Was close to many restaurants, LSU, and shopping.

Slept like a baby!

Pros: Clean, comfortable, and friendly
Cons: It was great
I was traveling to Baton Rouge to take a horse to the vet school at LSU. The horse was due in for tests by 5:00 a.m. so I drove from Houston through the night to have him there in time. The hotel check in time is 3:00p.m., but by 6:00a.m. I was exhausted and ready to sleep. I called the hotel and they were so friendly and helpful. They had a room available so they let me check in and by 7:00a.m. I was sound asleep! I totally appreciated their hospitality!

Nice hotel. Had problems with the wifi which was really annoying. Good free breakfast & laundry.

Never disappoints

An amazing room for the price, the staff are very friendly, they're great to our dog. It's well out of our way when we stay in Baton Rouge, but for people brining a pet, it's so worth it!!

Pros: OK at best. Would NOT stay there again.
Cons: How about seeing about the person at the counter?
When I arrived, the desk clerk took 3 telephone calls and looked through mail before addressing the person at the desk. UINACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Great hotel Stay with all the right amenities!

Great hotel with free laundry facilities which is important with a traveling family. You just have to pay for the laundry detergent which is available at the front desk. Room was very spacious, kitchen area was clean, the location was great and close to LSU. You do need a car to drive to restaurants and to get around Baton Rouge and LSU. The only reason I marked it down was because the customer service at this hotel was disappointing. We had a clogged toilet and they made us come down to the front desk to get a plunger, or if we need extra towels or bedding, it was never offered to bring it up, we had to go down to the front desk. And there was always only 1 person at the front desk, in such a busy and big hotel more help was needed! Breakfast is free and a fantastic variety! Great hotel, price and location and awesome amenities.

Good location. Close to casino. Rooms were okay. Pillows were not comfortable. Had to take the A/C filter out because it was in need of replacing a couple months ago - allergies were out of control. Nice that they were pet friendly, but pet station didn't have any dog bags.

Facility is new. Customer service was bad.

The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel is understaffed. We caked down twice to get some needed items. Once at 10:30 pm. and again at 7:00 am. Both times we got the same answer. "Of course you can have one bit you'll need to come down and get it. I'm the only one down here." So it's more of a corporate issue instead of a personal issue.
