“OK, but ....”

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, but the WiFi was erratic and the "cold" tap water was at least 100 degrees.

“Unwiiling to help”

i booked this hotel in a week or more in advance of an lsu football game. when we arrived, after the game, the hotel was fairly full. upon check in we were given a room next to several college age students who were hanging out on the balcony. when we asked if we could move from the obvious party, they stated they could not move us. we then advised them that we expected that they would keep the party at an acceptable level. they apparently allowed their customers to drink on the breezeway and mill in and out of the associated rooms. fortunately, we did not have any issues with the noise or the students.

“Very disappointed”

I booked with this hotel for the price and location. First, the hotel staff was very nice and friendly, so things began well. It all turned for the worse the minute we walked into the room, the stench was overwhelming. The odor was a very musky smell as if the room had not been occupied in a while and smelled terribly of smoke (this was a non smoking room). We sprayed the room with air freshener and left for an event. We came back to the same stench, we again sprayed the room profusely this time and left again. When we returned the stench was back, we just went to bed and called it a night. There were also questionable people walking around the parking lot. One good thing about the hotel was the shower, hot water and nice showerhead. However, this does not outweigh the stench that got onto our clothes. Only stay here if only for a night.

“Motel is not Satisfactory”

Door had problems.Could see "light" coming from outside around door.Beds were old and uncomfortable.Telephone was inadequate.Attendant was not on duty in the eating area, during breakfast.Our second night, we could smell someone smoking, even though we were in a no smoking room.Perhaps came from room next door, which had a connecting door.Could hear people talking from other rooms, etc, etc.
