This property was miss leading in advertising, the name Wyndham should NEVER be used on a place like this. It makes me never wanting to stay at a property own by Wyndham. The fridge in the room was rusty and door falling off. The towels were disgusting and filthy. Wyndham please remove you name and reputation from a place as this.

Vermin in the hotel, toilet broken and the mattress very uncomfortable. There do not offer any kind of breakfast even thought they list such option

Our room was not clean, even had a couple roaches! The breakfast was a joke with just a waffle maker and coffee, nothing else.

A Model of Consistensy
I have been staying at this location for a couple of months now. The desk attendant is always friendly and helpful. My rooms are always clean, and i haven't had an unpleasant stay. I plan to continue using this hotel.

Hi guys, I’m sure you already knew what was wrong with the room before I got in there, given how eager your staff were to enter my room with master keys WHILE I WAS STILL MOVING OUT. On the plus side: I did have my own extra pillow and earplugs available to get a peaceful night’s sleep on the noisy interstate side of the motel. The room was spacious for me alone and pretty clean as one could expect. I easily rinsed off the A/C filter which was not too dirty. The biggest inconvenience, as you know, was that the sink faucet was completely detached from the counter and had to be held in place to operate the handle. The fridge was almost half ice, so I turned it completely off to defrost it at checkout. Sorry to the next resident who will get a huge puddle of water when they open it. I had to use the fridge since the hotel provides no ice otherwise. Nor do they provide breakfast (in spite of “breakfast included” advertised). I don’t count a waffle maker with nothing to put on it as even toast. Don’t get me started on the mystery orange liquid stuff in a pitcher. The bedside was missing a lightbulb and the shower head is loose in spite of hand tightening and spraying all over.

Bath tub/shower & hot tub nasty we would not get in either one, microwave & refrigerator or the TV would not work. toilet hard to flush and the set ring was broken the lavatory sink was cracked three different ways. Had to go up to the check-in desk for coffee cups and coffer for us to us the coffee maker in the room. No blankets and the pillows was to small and no extras ones available. No ice maker on the premises. Light bulbs out. No maintenance personal on the property. The room smelled like mildew. Women walking the parking lots, like they where street workers. We paid more money for a better property and it was the worst room/property we had to stay at. We have had to travel to Baton Rough LA. 8 times in the last 5 months and this was the highest price and absolute worst. And no compensation was given ! But the phone in the room worked to call the front desk. Oh yea the AC worked.

This place is very dirty. The towel for the room looks like a rag with holes and it stain and the room smell terrible. We have to get our own towels and sheet. We wanted to move out but we know we couldn't get our refund so we stay. But, one of the dirtiest place and definitely will never again.

Overall stay was ok
Bed was firm, pillows old and only 2 small pillows for a king sized bed. Tv lost connection several times, tub was old and chipped in parts but jets worked and plenty of hot water. Very clost to interstate could hear traffic all night.

First thing is they take pets but sign said $25 but front desk girl said $20 deposit. We'll see if I get my money back. The pool is gone but had a somewhat fenced in area for my dog which was nice. The room smelled like rotten feet and when I was brushing my teeth I noticed a lot of black mold under the rim of the sink... Oh and how could I forget the room was huge with a couch, coffee table and a desk but more than half the lights either didn't have bulbs or just didn't work.. I was way too tired to deal with the problem.

When we arrived the man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We went to our room and found the room had not been cleaned. The cleaning and vacuuming was done by us. (the front desk said they needed a 2 day advance notice if something needed to be done). On day 2 we had not been given any clean towels, so again went to the front desk and were advised they were all in the washer and would not be ready for several hours. We finally got them at 8pm. Our key cards had been disabled so we had to go let them know we had one more night with them. The phone in the room was out so we couldn't call the desk to let them know if we needed something. The ice machine was not working, so again had to go to the desk. The last time we went, we were told they were out of ice. This place is obviously not well run. It's in a great location so it's a shame that they have so many problems.

burns in comforter and rips in sheets. Behind pillows on bed i found roach poop. Roaches all over, A/C flooded our room almost to bed area. Told front desk and they kept my $30 deposit! I will never get a room at this place again Was bothered by our neighbor who offered drugs to us and asked if we were the feds or the police. Id rather sleep in my car than to stay there again!

I had an awful experience, the hotel was old, the room smelled horrible, it was all dirty, rusty, and it was not safe. There were homeless people around. I asked for a refund. They didn’t want. The staff are amazing, it’s just in a very questionable area. The area is very sketchy, as long as you mind your business and just go into your room, you should be good. The cleanliness is average, and staff always comes around to bring new towels and toilet paper. The facility itself seems a little old.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SAFETY HAZARD OF A HOTEL!!
Stay away from this terribly dangerous hotel. I walked into my second floor room and 3 steps in, the floor bowed under the carpet at least 4 inches. Front desk (lobby attendant was skateboarding in lobby) refused to move me saying all rooms had issues which is why they were only $100 a night. Asked lobby attendant if I could check out and be refunded and politely apologized and removed my charges and gave me a zero balance receipt. Come to find out, no credit was issued. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!!

I was greeted by a man sleeping in the lobby. I woke him up. Unfortunately the room given to me wS smelling like someone just smoked weed and left. I had to go back again to the reception and requested the staff to change my room. (which they took care then and there) not coming back ever abd wont recommend to anyone with family.

This hotel is the worst considering that they are supposedly a part of Wyndham. The floor is disgustingly dirty. When we came back from the gig at 2 am, there was a cockroach on the bathroom wall. Molds are painted over on the bathroom. Towels are stained, so thin and small. The hair dryer is completely broken and missing some pieces. Breakfast was horrible compared to other Wyndham hotels. Only waffles and white bread. Coffe taste like flavored water (seriously). When we checked out, my husband noticed dead cockroaches on the hallway like someone just smashed them. IM PRAYING THAT THERE ARE NO BEDBUGS THAT I CAN POTENTIALLY TAKE HOME WITH ME. This hotel should be reported to the health department or any other authorities. Staying in this hotel is an ATROCIOUS experience. Horrible..horrible.. .
