“Not bad for the Price”

The only problem I had was they include a continental breakfast in the price of the room (evident when you see the difference between having one person and having two people in the room). They don't start the breakfast until 6:00 and being a mining community, many of the people that stay there (contractors or people doing business with the mines) have to leave earlier than that. Other than that, it's recommended.

“Average but remember desert”

The hotel was slightly below average. The place looks a bit fatigued. The room was cleaned but can't get all the dinginess out. Brekfast was OK for a quick grab and go. There are limited choices middle of the desert.

“Cat uinder the bed”

The room was fine. Except for the cat crying all night, not ours, Thought it was outside, then outside our door. Found the rascel the next morning under our bed. Previous tenant had "lost" their cat and thought it has escaped outside. Hotel staff was very helpful in locating the people who reported the "lost" cat.

“First Stop On Cross Country Trip”

Al our first stop on our cross country drive with my husband driving a friend's U-Haul truck and trailer and me with their car, it was a very nice place to stay. We were very pleased with the friendly staff and the clean room. The hotel was recommended to by friends and we weren't disappointed. If we ever find ourselves in Battle Mountain again we would stay with Super 8!

We only stayed overnight.
