Check-in was very easy, looked like a sold out nt. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms was bigger than expected and very clean. There was a hole on the screen on the window. and also the pavement on the back of the building can use some replacement.

The TV didn’t work good, kept freezing the picture. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable and troom was clean. Enjoyed our stay.

I will cut the staff a little slack because we were there to view the Annular Eclipse and the hotel was full to capacity. Although it was predictable so they probably needed extra temporary staff, but that might be difficult in a small town. The beds were okay even for a side-sleeper, at least for one night. But pillows were pretty hard. Rooms could have been cleaner. Our bathroom smelled like it had been cleaned with a sour mop and we had to ask for a light bulb for a lamp which was missing one altogether. Our second room had a dirty towel in it when we arrived. They also started cleaning our room before we had checked out and before check-out time. They could have better communication between the front desk and cleaning staff. We didn't bother with their breakfast so can't review it. The place did not feel unsafe.

Nice stop for overnight on a long drive. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. 24 hr coffee and cookies available. Best Mexican food near by at El Águila Real.

Hello Kelli,Unfortunately traffic noise from he freeway is not something that we can control. However, if you stay again in the future our regular guests request the odd-numbered rooms which face away from the freeway.Should you experience guests being noisy, please contact our front desk so that we have an opportunity to address the issue.

Two-story property with no elevator. I was traveling with an older woman so I asked for a first-floor room. I was told I couldn't switch. The night manager suggested I find lodging elsewhere. Unlikely given the location. Baggage carts were available but could not get them to the second floor. I starting to get a negative view of Expedia and their recommendations. I doubt I'll use it in the future. Their ratings are unreliable.

Hello John,Your reservation was for a night that in which the hotel was fully booked. We try to make accommodations for our guests who need downstairs rooms; however, this is not always possible. The night manager suggested another property in the same town which is a sister-property that had downstairs rooms available. Because we do not have an elevator, the bottom floor is usually the first to sell out.

I stayed there 4 days. My room was not cleaned once. When I asked why not, they said they were under staffed. The carton juices ( orange and apple) were nasty. The hotel was in a convenient location. I felt safe.

Check-in was simple but staff were not knowledgeable. Staff lied about pool being available which was the entire reason for staying while traveling with kids in RV, closed for maintenance was the sign we found on the door after getting ready to swim. Bathroom floor and tub dirty, shower curtain falling down, sink leaking, duck tape on curtain rod, super dirty windows, chair almost falling apart at desk, phone was unplugged. Also being charged for my daughter's emotional support animal was a shock for me as I have never been charged before or been unable to leave him in the room alone. Would never recommend staying here

I’m sorry your experience was less than exceptional. The pool was open when you called to inquire about it. Due to health department policies we are required to close the pool if the chemicals are not balanced. This is for your safety. We do not allow animals to be left in the rooms unattended under any circumstances. This is for the safety of staff, guests, and to prevent damages. If crated an animal may be left in the room provided it does not creat a nuisance to other guests. We do charge for animals that are not trained service animals. At 10/pet our fee is reasonable compared to other properties. Thank you for your feedback about the room. We be certain to look into it as we take pride in this property.

I booked ahead of time paying in full I get to the hotel and they let me know there was no hot water so for three days I had no hot water they should have compt. Something but didn't won't stay there again

We stayed here on the way to yellow stone. This is decent motel and love that fact breakfast starts early so you can leave early. The staff was friendly and rooms are clean.
