When I checked in the guy could care less. He didn't confirm # of nights, didn't tell me when check-out or breakfast was and didn't point me in the direction of my room. Didn't give me any kind of receipt to show number of nights. Somehow when I booked on expedia, I booked 2 nights, when we checked out after just the first night, my daughter told him we were checking out. We were still charged for 2 days. I was in town for a surprise birthday party for my mom and was in a hurry, but had he confirmed a booking for 2 nights, I could've corrected it at check-in. When I received the email with the final charge on Monday and saw the amount, I was furious. When I called to get it fixed and they couldn't/wouldn't do anything to rectify, I was livid. I've stayed at that hotel multiple times because it's ok, and it's the best price for a somewhat decent hotel. The front desk people are usually great. I am making a reservation for Monday, and I will start staying at a different hotel.

Pam, I am very sorry for the service you received. This is not our normal practice. I will coach to make sure all employees know how to properly treat all guests. Since you did go through a 3rd party, we would not been able to change the nights of stay. You would have been directed back to the source of booking as we cannot change that booking. I would love you for you to give us another try as you said you have stayed here before and have had no issues. I will personally see to it that these issues will not be an issue anymore. In life it is more difficult to forget bad experie
check in was amazing, room stinks a weet carpet and when a step the carpet its a little weet, my nightmare was on the breakfast, the girl was so rude and we feel she was a racist girl, she talk so sweet with few american guys,i say this because i saw people from cuba and more latinos and she even say nothing just making a mad face and everithing change when she walk chose to the american people. The egg was swimming on water, no flavor, also I don't see the little cups for the waffle mix and i saw a cup there very close to the wafle machine and i was thinking is for the mix, and she get so mad and she took the cup of my hands and walk away to washed. The most horrible experience in my life also in my daughter life, she saw everything, she even don't want to eat for this, even try the juice or take something else. She don't make us a favor we paid for something and everybody need respect and good treat. for all us the hotel has employers, reviews are very important, staff who check in deserve a raise, cooker deserve get fire period. Imagine all people doesn't back for this lady, and nobody write a review because just decide don't back again. Nice staff making back again, and tell our family about a nice place to stay, racist people or making a face like mad like they don't want you there, you never back even they give you a free night or a week free. I was on vacations beach was super fun people there etc. But this lady was ruin our vacations with this experience.

Not as clean as it once was.
I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and this visit was not the same experience. The hotel is not maintained well. The walls have discoloration from touching, there was tiny ants on the night stand and a roach in the bathroom. I will not be returning to this hotel for my next trip.

Excellent stay!
Had a very warm welcome from Monique upon arrival. Room was more than expected for spaciousness, cleanliness, ample towels, just enough toiletries, TV has a great picture, mini fridge was helpful since we did have some food to keep cold, parking lot and swimming pool area were also nice and clean. Breakfast- nice variety, and food temps as they should be. This is our first time at a Comfort Suites and we will plan to visit again when passing through this little town.

I liked the location, it was very convient. A few things were not good in the room. The microwave didn't work, the knob in the shower didn't work properly and lamp in the bedroom bulb was out. Breakfast was not good at all, cold.
