We chose this hotel because it was half way between Galveston and the Houston Area. It was easy to find and the staff were professional and friendly. It was also close to a great Italian restaurant (Antonio's Pizza). The room was clean and spacious. The pool was also well kept.

The hotel looked new. The room was clean and everything worked and looked great. You couldn't ask for more. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. And the most important thing to us was that it was very dog friendly as we brought to standard poodles with us.

“New Year's in Bay City”

Wonderful stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and inviting. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying...more than expected to see on a continental breakfast. We would stay here again.

“Comfortable bed!”

I was given a main floor handicapped room, not sure why, but the bathroom was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room was quite large, and had so many electrical outlets which made me very happy! There are usually never enough outlets for all the computers etc... but this room was filled with them. I have learned now to ask for a none connecting room. There was noise from the other room through the door that I don't think I would have heard if the rooms had not been connected. I stayed 2 nights, and would stay there again. Also, La Quinta is providing so many nice pillows on the bed. Love the amount of pillows!

I stayed at this hotel for a night, it was a very clean. My room was excellent, the bed very comfortable. Had the best sleep ever!

Good place - clean big room, free parking and WiFi. But too slow elevator.
