Dirty Stinky Shabby

Needs a total renovation with good taste. Our room was supposedly "new" but we heard furniture came from old Marriotts. Everything smelled like old pyjamas and was dirty and worn out. Junk and trash everywhere. Dead bugs in the room. Windows so dirty they were opaque. Breakfast was inedible. Despite its filth and neglect, rate was as high as a very good hotel. We will never return and strongly advise others to avoid.

Off-season stay

I stayed with my family and 2 dogs for a relaxing get away in the middle of the week and that's exactly what I got. The hotel had access to the beach within a short block, the room was clean, and very pet friendly. The Staff was outstanding and would stay there again because of them. I recommend this place for anyone looking to be treated as priority and have all their needs met!!! I couldn't be happier.

Major Disapointment

Pros: Location
Cons: No heat in common areas, was very uncomfortable. Rooms are rundown.
Location: Point Pleasant Beach
Very disappointing experience, no services or staff available most of the time. No heat in common areas, rooms in desperate need of cleaning and refurbishing.

The room was dirty, our comforter had stains. Also, the hotel is in the need for some serious updating. The hotel offers a brunch that seems to be popular with the locals, so hotel guests are confined to a corner of the dining room for their complimentary breakfast, (which is meager). Overall, a subpar stay. Not coming back.

Pros: nothing
Location: Hurricane Sandy damage made a real mess that is still under reconstruction. Not much there except beach
No parking off street, no security, dirty room, damaged bath fixtures, mold, no phone, no room coffee, dining rooom generally closed, continental breakfast is a joke. Staff is oblivious. Worst accomodations in the last 50 years
