“Comfort in town”

Service is excellent. Everyone smiles and greet you. Parking is safe. Restaurant is delicious. Breakfast is very simple, but works when your on the run. Room service is very good and quick. Overall, pleasant stay and already recommended it.

This hotel was so clean and nice. The parking is secure and free!! Approximately only 20-30 minutes from airport. Be sure to get good directions. Ours were not good and the person at the lobby was not much help when I called, so we were lost for 2 hours. Once we found it I realize how easy it should have been. Continental breakfast, OK, just the basics and very small area, but there are places in the area and also a restaurant on site. Housekeeping staff was awesome, friendly and ready to help. Easy access from expressway. For things to do you will have to drive to different areas, but at the end of a fun filled day it was great to come back to such a nice place. THANK YOU.

My stay was very nice. The front desk staff was helpful and attentive. My room was very clean. They have safe parking lot. The cons is the continental breakfast, which was bad quality counting the price of the hotel that is not cheap.

this hotel is very good if you do not need to be in the tourist areas or are on business. traffic can be rough but the hotel security is great and my room was clean and comfortable. no great views. management did fine job of not extending meeting rooms functions so as not to disturb hotel guests. staff great and helpful. my wife and i were comfortable. pity the restaurant was closed, but dining spots are near.

It's a beautiful hotel in a not so beautiful city, we stayed here because I wanted to see the real a puerto rico and not the touristy areas. So if you want to stay in the real puerto rico but in a beautiful hotel this should be your pick! And there is a lot of good shopping near by!
