Good, central location. The food was good as was the bar. The pool/hot tub area was clean and the pool towels were large. The room was spacious and neat and the room amenities were very good. The valet attendants were on the spot and the entire hotel staff was helpful and very courteous. I will stay here again when I'm in the LA area.

Pros: great location, close to the Pier, great shopping, restaurants, friendly staff.
cons: $40 overnight parking. When we arrive at the hotel we were told they only offer $40 over night valet park. So plan to add this to your stay. Our room smelled like cigaretts. It was supposed to be non smoking room.

Visited Ocean View prior to renovation - and now after renovation. Stylish and extremely well done. View is the same, now enhanced by plantation shutters and room fittings. Joy in reception was welcoming and efficient.

The hotel was neat yet small and in a beautiful location. Loved waking up every morning and walking down the marina. Rooms were clean and offered everyday necessities. The hotel restaurant offered some delicious food. Check-in and check-out was easy and fast. Overall, I had a good time at Jamaica Bay Inn.

Life is a never-ending summer in LA’s Beach Cities. Redondo Beach and surfing are forever intertwined. On weekends, many Angelinos head to Santa Monica to relax in the ocean and hang out at the Third Street Promenade. The Getty Center, an art-world powerhouse, is nestled in the nearby hills north of Brentwood. Santa Monica’s neighbor, Malibu, is home to The Getty Villa and its antiquities.
