Nestled in a convenient location, the property initially impresses with its commendable cleanliness. However, it became evident that the establishment is in dire need of rejuvenation, not only in its physical appearance but also in the quality of service provided. From the tired carpet underfoot to the worn curtains that hung lifelessly, the decor throughout the property felt outdated and lacked the vibrancy expected in modern hospitality.The night staff, speaking in a monotone, seemed disengaged and uninterested, failing to greet guests with the courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. When asked to repeat information, the response was robotic, with no variation in tone or expression, leaving me feeling unheard and unvalued as a guest.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. American airlines lost our luggage and we were expecting it late in the night. The lady ensured to tell her replacement to keep the luggage safe and we were able to collect it later. If AA suggests checking in the carryons, dont! They will lose it and damage it. Breakfast had enough options and coffee was great and available throughout the day. 7 mins walk to PF Changs.

This property is in a very nice area has a very good restaurant attached but the motel was as dirty as it could be the carpet look like it was 100 years old the people at the desk were not helpful at all I wouldn't answer any of my questions I thought I was in the ghetto and it's a very nice area

We had to leave our booked accommodations unexpectedly overnight. Clarion-Beachwood had an incredibly helpful front desk staff member (Leslie) who was able to help us out with booking and communicated our situation to her manager, who was also incredibly helpful and understanding. This location is clean, incredibly quiet, and provides a nice, hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, breakfast meats) in addition to cold breakfast options (cereal, toast, waffles, yogurt). Could not recommend this place more!

The staff was friendly & professional.. especially Pinkey! However, the maintenance crew doesn’t keep up with fixing things. It’s just not up to the Clarion Standards.. I cannot say enough good about the staff though! Just super kind!
