“Cleaniness”

The only thing that I notice in my room was the bottom of the toilet need a little attention but i'm a area manager for a cleaning service

“Very Good Accommodations / Reasonable Price”

My husband and I shared the executive suite with our daughter and 15-month-old grandson and found the accommodations exactly what we required. He had enough room to run around, yet had a separate space to take a nap or go to bed at night prior to the adults. My daughter made full use of the microwave, refrigerator and sink. And we had 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds, all for a very reasonable price. The staff at the front desk, the staff who cleaned our rooms and the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.

“Nice, clean, convenient”

The Clarion is an affordable option which has a great restaurant for dinner. The complimentary breakfast the hotel offers is nice for families on a budget. My room had two double beds and I wasn't certain the sheets had been changed on one of them. My room did not have hotel information/room service menu/ etc. The cable options were limited. There was, however, a safe, iron and ironing board, coffee maker (with terrible coffee), and hair dryer. All in all, I would stay there again if business or a family/friend visit brought me to the area. If I were vacationing, I would select something a little more luxurious.

“Nice hotel for a business trip”

Not expecting much for a business hotel, the hotel met my expectations with the only exception that the hotel's internet access did not allow for a VPN connection. I had to go down the street to a Starbucks to get a good connection. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

“Looked great but we smelled for days”

At an overall glance of the hotel, it was very nice! We really did enjoy our stay until we left in the morning. We noticed an awful smell that followed us from our stay. Now keep in mind, we both showered, but somehow a funk from the room stayed with us and our clothes for the following 4 days of our trip! After several showers later, the smell was still with us! I even overheard someone near us ask their friend if they noticed the smell. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

“Nice place , but skip the breakfast”

One of the perks we look for when choosing a place to stay is a complimentary breakfast. The "hot food" was cold and tasteless. The orange juice was rancid & the coffee tasted days old. Only the pastries & bagels were edible. We always try to get a non-smoking room, and we were not disappointed. The room was clean and the hotel staff pleasant. I'd stay again but eat breakfast somewhere else.

“Improvement”

The Hotel needs an upgrade.

“It was okay”

We went to a Concert at the Grog shop, and this was the closest, safest, cheapest hotel I found. it was okay, nothing special, but all we did was change and sleep there, so we didnt need anything special. I will say the TV wouln't keep a picture, which was a little irritating,but again, we werent expecting much.

“it was good for a 2 nite stay”

The room was comfortable. The only problem i had was the exhaust in the bathroom didnt work and one of the nite i was there some kind of motor sound kept me awake during the nite.

“Ok, but nothing special”

The hotel is in a nice location for travelling into Cleveland. It is quiet considering it is right off the highway. The front desk staff wasn't that helpful with directions
