“Great hotel”

Not just for extended stays. I often choose the ESA for the fact that they have kitchens and amenities other hotels do not. I generally stay only overnight but the option to eat in is great.

“It was very comfortable”

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even beofre we arrived. Due to a late arrival, the manager made sure we were confortable with the arrangements.

“Good Hotel”

This is a reasonably priced hotel that caters to long term guests. That means no maid service unless you stay 7 days. If you want new towel you have to go to the front desk. Suites have a stove, fridge, and microwave with a few dishes. Still, it's not too bad. Seems like most people staying there were short term, though.

“Not impressed”

The hotel alone was clean. We chose a smoking room because my fiance smokes; however, you could barely breathe once on the floor. The room was clean. Television was small and half the channels were fuzzy. The bed was not real comfortable compared to other hotel stays. More than likely, I will not be back.

Hotel was clean but very plain. I would tyrade up on my next visit to a better hotel.

only cool water, no hot water no water pressure hard, hard bed no hairdryer heat not good in room only 2 pillows

“Lacking Key Amenities”

This hotel is located near Interstate 271 at the Chagrin Blvd. exit. It is very convenient to Beachwood, Shaker Heights and Pepper Pike. On the positive side, my room was quite clean, the bed was comfortable, and the TV had a good picture and a lot of stations. There was also a refrigerator, a toaster and a coffee-maker, although I had no use for those things. On the negative side, there was no shampoo and no hair dryer, which are amenities I would expect from a two-star hotel. In addition, there is no breakfast, although there is a Bob Evans and an Original Pancake House less than a mile away. Because of the lack of shampoo and a hair dryer, I would probably not stay there again.

“Never stay here”

I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. After informing the associate that I was not comfortable with the handicap room she offered me (I have no handicap), I was asked to wait while she checked another room. She took a while but came back with a room option. I went to the room to take a quick look and thought things were okay. When I returned late in the evening and wanted to take a shower, I noticed hair and dried soap in the shower. I was shocked. I turned down the cover on the bed and noticed the pillow had been slept on and there was hair throughout the sheets. This person rented me a dirty room and tried to disguise it. I called the help line and another young women provided me with a room where the shower was still dirty but the sheets had not been used. This establishment should be ashamed.
