“Excellent place.”

A bit difficult to find. Right next to a highway but the approach isn't very obvious. Very helpful staff. Confortable firm bed. Really good breakfast. Quality of cereals, coffee, fruits, juice, bread - really high. Perhaps one of the best I have had.

“No problems”

Perfectly comfortable place, typical off-interstate hotel amenities. Internet service, breakfast, business center all just fine. Laundry room a useful touch for longer stays. Not much in the way of dining in the immediate (walkable) area, but a fairly good number of decent options within a mile or two. Only problem was that they neglected to service the room and the staff had left by the time I discovered it. Desk mgr. offered a refund of the night's charge without any argument, so all good. Would stay there again.

“Very impressed with everything!!!!!!!!”

I have used Expedia for travel bookings, but this is the first time that I have used Expedia for a hotel stay. I am very confident that I will be offered a hotel with a staff that is friendly and willing to please, excellent breakfast facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and in a very safe surrounding.

Area recommendations

The Beachwood area is a residential area, but also has fabulous shopping facilities. The Beachwood Mall, Legacy Village with outdoor venues, and many, many upscale restaurants surround this area. I think this is the best place to stay in the suburbs of Cleveland, and it is very safe.

“Can we stay just a few more days?”

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn in Beachwood! Everything was just as expected, clean, friendly, helpful, and comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I guess time really does fly when you are having fun. I would recommend this hotel to any one! And the wide variety at breakfast is a great addition too!

“New Favorite Hotel Chain”

For the price we paid this hotel was way better than a lot of more high end hotels. The complimentary breakfast was extensive and good.

Area recommendations

We had some time to kill so we went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was okay since we had nothing better to do, but certainly not a destination. We enjoyed the 3-D U2 concert movie.

“More than satisfied”

From check-in to check-out, this as a wonderful stay at a wonderful facility! The pool/spa area was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful with perfect timing, and the room was clean and quiet, even being right by the freeway. My only regret is that we weren't staying longer! We got a great deal with Expedia, and I hope to use this hotel again.
