“Great place to stay”

Hotel is not "PET" friendly, but they acommodated my service dog in training by giving me a room on the first floor near an exit door so it was very easy to respond to dog's need and desire to go outside. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Telephones were not working well for a couple of days, messages were lost and wake-ups missed, but they worked on it and got it fixed. I got a brand new flat screen on the second day. There were some issues with reception, but I really didn't watch TV much anyway.

“Better than expected”

Was a bit skeptical because of some of the other reviews I had read. I found the hotel very comfortable, clean and accomodating. Staff was very friendly from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The bar was very busy on Saturday night with a variety of people.... great to watch. Very satisfied and would book there again.

Great facilities, very friendly and FINE (Charmaine) staff, I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you're a nightfly, the hotel has a club that is one of the best on the east side.

I have stayed at this Hilton before and this time was just as good as last. Comfortable beds. Nice TV's. Nice bathroom and amenities. Quiet. Courteous staff. Speedy service. Would recommend and we will return.

My overall experience great! The only hiccup was my shower had trouble draining, but someone was up right away and got me all set! The room was spacious, comfortable, and just what I needed!

The hotel staff was great and very helpful! The room was a little smaller than expected but definitely had all the amenities I needed. The overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The location gave for a very peaceful stay.

“Another GREAT Experience”

This is my third time staying at the Hilton and I was seven more impressed this time. First, the housekeeping staff went out of their way to ensure my guest and I had all the essentials. Second, the front desk accommodated all my needs. Charmaine wasn't as friendly this time, but that's ok - we're all entitled to have a bad day. Overall, another great stay!

As good or better than my favorite,Hampton Inn, only lacked the comp breakfast.

“Great Hotel close to the highway, shopping and restaurants”

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Bed was comfy and large. We were able to park right outside our room. Hotel staff was quick and friendly. We were attending a wedding at the Embassy Suites next door and it was only about 200 yards away. It's about 20-25 minutes to downtown. Only thing I would suggest is to get a room away from the highway side and there is also a night club in the hotel that gets a little loud on the weekends so request to be away from that too. Overall, we were highly satisfied and I would definitely stay again.
