Good hotel for pricePosted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Price, free breakfast and size of the room
Cons: Update the bathroom tub. Make getting ice and turning on the fireplace easier.
Location: Many restaurants, shopping, and gambling places.
This hotel is great for the price. We had the studio king suite which was a great size. Room was clean. But bathtub had noticeable wear and tear. Free breakfast was what to be expected for a three star hotel. The two thing I found weird was that the room had a fireplace but you had to call an engineer to turn it on. Second there was no ice machines on the floors. The mattresses were firm which my husband loved, but I did not like. Overall, this is a good hotel for the price.

Convenient stayPosted Feb 18, 2014
Convenient stay, the rooms are spacious and clean. As far as they staff goes... Be prepared to be rushed out the room. The maintenance guy was very helpful and kind.

Awesome!!Posted Feb 6, 2014
Pros: Location, spacious suite, breakfast buffet
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping
This place was fantastic!! I needed a place to stay during a snow storm and chose this one because the price was decent. I was so excited when I walked in and saw how big the 'studio' room was! The couch was comfortable, shower was hot, and bed was cozy. The extra blanket in the closet came in handy while relaxing watching tv. The check in staff was friendly and efficient and any time I passed a staff member in the hallway they were pleasant. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was great too! Thanks for a restful night Residence Inn!

Peaceful GetawayPosted Jan 28, 2014
Pros: Very good staff. Loved the fireplace in the room, enjoyed the excellent and well-stocked breakfast, very comfortable beds.
Cons: Furniture in the rooms are a little on the tired side. There was a very cold draft coming from the AC closet, but the spare pillows solved that.
We wanted to get a weekend away somewhere warm, but the January "polar vortex" made that a non-starter. On a whim, we selected this hotel near Cleveland because we could drive and because there was the promise of good shopping in the area. The weekend turned out to be a blizzard, so we stayed in for the most part. Loved the quiet surroundings and the fireplace in the room. It made for a very comfortable and restful weekend while the blizzard raged outside. Excellent breakfast each day. We would go back again.

Nice hotel close to family and restaurantsPosted Jan 1, 2014
Pros: We like the layout of the rooms, the breakfast, and proximity to restaurants and freeways.
Cons: The sofa furniture upholstery is worn down to the wood on many items.
Location: We love the shopping areas and restaurants.

Good solid optionPosted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: Rooms, breakfast
Scheduled the trip at the last minute and this was the most reasonably priced option available of the 10 or so hotels in the area. The rooms are more than adequate, the bed comfortable and it was nice to have a suite rather than a single room. Breakfast was a nice plus. Would stay here again if the need arises.
