“We will be returning to Rhett Inn”

Very pleasantly surprised with the entire town of Beaufort. We ate at several great restaurants that the Inn recommended and enjoyed shopping downtown. Everywhere was within an easy walking distance. We will be returning with the children.

Great to arrive to a cocktail and delicious cheeses and sure did enjoy the friendly staff and desserts at night as well!

Due to Marine Corps recruit graduation time constraints, we could not relax much to fully enjoy the Inn and its surroundings. It was so lovely though, that I could see us planning a true vacation, sitting on the porch or in the luscious garden, enjoying the amenities and each other.

The Rhett House Inn was a wonderful experience that we chose on whim for single night stopover. Our stay was such a pleasant sojourn that we have added it to our list of places to return to in the future... for more than a single evening.

We stayed on night at this lovely old mansion in this lovely coastal town. The decor is lovely and the staff was friendly and gracious. We have raved about it to friends and plan on staying there again, but this time for more than one night.

Wonderful experience. Guest spilled red wine on couch and pillows. Owner made it all ok. Fabulous breakfast. Beautiful suite. The best.

“Great place to experience the old south charm!”

Great place to stay if you want to experience the feeling of living in the old south. Staff and other travelers are friendly and eager to share the "best of Beaufort". Great walking map that takes you around the town to see all the beautiful homes and architectural styles. Loved the feel of Beaufort! Nice way to start our trip through the old south. It was our favorite place to stay.

“Nice, quiet and friendly.”

The hotel was well-cared for and the staff very friendly and professional. The only complaint I would have would be the strong odor on the street from (I think) passing horse carriages. The smell made it unappealing to sit on the nice porches for breakfast or drinks.
