What I didn't like was they took my deposit with telling me about it until I got there they told me that someone was supposed to call me and tell me about the deposit before they took the 200 hundred dollars and on top of that I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back that was my daughter fair money but thank God I had enough but I will not be going back ..

Hi Stephen, we truly appreciate you choosing the Holiday Inn & Suites for your stay and do apologize for the inconvenience. We will take this review and make sure we have corrected these issues. Let us know the next time you are here, and we will be sure to have extra pillows for your stay. We look forward to seeing you again!
Don’t waste your money on this hotel, you can get better accommodations and kinder staff for much less. No one answers the 1-800 hospitality number ever. Door to exit Weight room doesn’t work you will be trapped if there isn’t someone on the outside with a room key to let you out. Hot tub only has 2 working Jets, and is absolutely filthy, tile around pool is dangerously slippery, and not stocked with enough towels. There are no names or phone numbers listed on signage where it states to call for any assistance or issues in the pool area. Fire alarm continuously went off back to back but room 409 doesn’t have functioning system so you won’t hear anything. Manager is horrible and the worst representative of this hotel chain.
I always stay at this location when I come to cisit family. I visited 2 - 3 times a year for 10 years and its always clean and the staff are always friendly.
We arrived at the hotel at 3pm which is their check in time. We had to sit in the lobby for nearly an hour before they had a clean room for us. There was no hair dryer. The drapes were shabby and missing one of the plastic rods needed to open/close them. We found it broken and laying in a corner behind the closed drapes. We each had a glass of their house cabernet in what appeared to be a small port glass for $10 each PLUS tax: $22 total. We have stayed at this place several times before when traveling cross country to the west coast and on the return but it has become a run down over-priced dump.
Book a king bed and was giving two twin beds because none was ready at check in
The house keeper walk in on us without knocking and entered the room.
The ice machine doesn’t work on the 4th floor

VERY clean. Had everything we needed. Check in was quick and staff was friendly.
Nice facility.
Poorly managed, desk clerks were incompetent, dry and rude. Room was dirty, pool area was no better. This was once a nice hotel but now is a roach hotel.
Staff very friendly- breakfast a little expensive - around $13 but very good. Walls very thin- could hear the kids next door.

It was just as described, staff was excellent in all areas, check in was easy, room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, pool area added a nice touch. Lobby is welcoming very pretty.
When I first walked in the place was so clean and the smell of cleaning products was everywhere. The staff was friendly and fast. When we got up to the suite the room was big and clean.
The Holiday INN provides good value for money. The fridge and microwave in the rooms adds an important convenience, and the small and large table is very useful for two travelers.
while saying there we had to call the front staff twice to inform them the music down stairs was very loud at 10:00pm! I informed him the second time it was still pretty loud and very hard to go to sleep, however, he had a rude attitude and stated he already told them to turn it down!
It was all good until we were trying to go downstairs with belongings on the the rack to pack up car and only 1 elevator was working out of the 2. It was a convention so we waited 30 + minutes to fit in elevator. With all the people checking out at same time because they didn’t allow late checkouts that weekend. Husband and I took turns using stairs to unload our rack on 4 th floor to get our things to the car.
