My husband and I were on a quick business trip to Beaumont. I went online, looking for a motel/hotel near I-10. Just by pure luck, I picked the Red Roof Inn. This motel happened to be about 10 mins. from the contractor's office. Also, it is NEXT DOOR to Floyd's Seafood Restaurant, where we had dined several times before! P. Savell

Not happy. We booked a king room which was reflected as available. When we checked in, we were told that no king rooms were available. The staff did not seem to care that we were booked. They acted like it was an inconvenience to have us there. Very disappointing.
