“Affordable and OK for the Price”

The location was good and for the price it was comfortable. We basically needed a hotel for one night and this fit the bill.

“Very put off”

We had arranged to get an extra bed for the room and the clerk at the desk rather than tell us they couldn't get one choose to argue with us about the problem. Yes we were exhausted and stressed when we got there but it was the attitude about trying to solve the problem that really turned us off. Obviously the hotel was trying to recover from storm damage (lots of new paint) and is in a humid climate but when we kept seeing roaches, we were put off and decided to leave the next morning. Expedia helped get us out of this predicament.

“Pick another place!”

There was too much noise after hours with children running the halls and people coming and going while slamming doors. The continental breakfast offering was the weakest I've ever experienced with not even orange juice. The AC system in our room wasn't working properly and we either slept in a meat locker or a sauna. The only positive was management allowing us to take a shower late in the afternoon after we had already checked out.

“You get what you pay for....”

I booked this hotel for some business I had in Beaumont. Only staying one night I decided to go with a more inexpensive room. This hotel definitely delivered on the price, however the conditions were dreadful. The smell of mold and poor upkeep permiated into my clothes. The top sheet of the bed had numerous cigarette burns in it and the floor had dips that nearly made me fall over when simply walking through the room. The promise of breakfast was a joke. Leaving the hotel at 7 a.m., I figured I would at least get a muffin. There was only some coffee and some undistinguishable pastrys that had been put out numerous times I'm sure. If I ever have to go to Beaumont again, I will be sure to NOT stay in this hotel.

“Hotel Need an Upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Rooms need to be upgraded. The Tv's are old with about 30 channels

“Not Impressed”

Don't count on breakfast there. It is very limited.

“nothing works”

the motel is old and nothing seems to work. the light in the bathroom went out and all the electrical sockets were not working...has a musky smell that comes form a building being old and the breakfast is nothing to write home about

“I won't make this mistake again”

I booked this hotel by mistake, one that I won't make again. They were trying to lay carpet while I was checking in. The clerks were behind bullit proof glass. I was conserned for my safety the whole time I was there.
