Quick stay

Posted Apr 25, 2014
We arrive late and leave early so we like clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was that, indeed. Some serious confusion about quoted price by Expedia and price at desk.

Old, needs a revamp!

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Beds were good.
Cons: Breakfast hour
An upgrade/refinish would make this hotel muck more attractive. It is located about as far off the I15 as it can be in Beaver and that can be good or bad. The breakfast was OK but was not served until 0630. For folks looking at a 11 hour day on the road it could be earlier.

Clean Room, Competent Staff

Posted Jan 6, 2014
Pros: Very clean, good breakfast, quick check-in/out, helpful staff.
Cons: Update bathrooms
Location: Skiing at Eagle Point is great.
We stayed at the Butch Cassidy Inn the night before skiing at Eagle Point. The check in and check out were really quick and easy, the room was clean and the free breakfast in the morning was better than expected. I would stay here again.

Colorado road trip to Silverthorne

Posted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: It was on the road to where we were going to vacation. The room was nice.
Cons: The hotel is very old and has been upgraded a few times.
Location: The location was just of I-15 and we didn't see too much to do as it was a one night lay over.`
Just stayed one night had breakfast in the morning and recommended a good place for Mexican food.

Just passing through

Posted Dec 16, 2012
We booked the hotel at the last minute (11:30 PM) & had no problems. The room was sufficient for our needs as we just needed a place to sleep for the night. The hotel is away from the freeway in the very quiet town of Beaver.

Great room for the price!

Posted Oct 31, 2012
Check-in was quick and easy. The person behind the desk was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean. We had to put extra blankets on the beds which were in the closet in bags. The bathroom was clean. The beds had alot of extra pillows which we did not used since we brought our own. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good- eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins ceral,OJ yogurt, juices and coffee. The food area was clean. Overall a nice hotel for the money but mainly clean.

More than meets the eye...

While there was some uncertainty about the nature of our Expedia reservation, that was soon remedied. The room is VERY nicely presented, though some of the furnishings and the bathroom reveal the hotel's real age. Don't be put off by first impressions of the exterior, it isn't a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was pretty innovative--egg and sausage patties along with cheese and English muffins made a satisfying "Sausage McMuffin!" Other choices are available in the well-stocked breakfast room.

Pleasant stay

Posted Aug 28, 2012
Pros: Good service, clean room
Cons: Rubber mats on stairway were loose
Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was very clean. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but the rest of my family was comfortable. Even though it is an old-style motel, with doors facing outside, the rooms were very quiet. (The town of Beaver is also VERY quiet, if you know what I mean.) In the morning we discovered that the tub wasn't draining, so I called the front desk and asked the manager if the tub could be fixed while we ate breakfast, and he said he would take care of it. A few minutes later he came to the breakfast room and told me it was fixed. The remarkable thing about this is that he remembered who I was! Breakfast choices were on par with pricier suite-style hotels like HI Express, and included waffles, muffins, donuts, eggs, saugage, yoghurt, cereals, and juices. The only issue I observed was that the rubber mats on the stairway were loose, and slipped a bit. Overall a pleasant stay.
