Pretty run down and dirty. Parking lot felt unsafe and in general was very unwelcoming. Half the lights in my room didn't turn on and the walls seemed paper thin. My room was above the office and the manager could hear me in my room and at one point came to ask me if I had more than just myself in there, which I didn't. Invasion of privacy and dirty. Don't stay here.

Very clean, updated rooms. I liked the indoor entrances to rooms. A great deal for the price. I liked the table with two chairs to eat at. Rooms were good size, not crowded. Only complaint was quite a few dogs were there, I saw some large ones likely over the weight limit, and some barking woke us up during the night and early in the morning one night, the next night was better. The pool and hot tub were out of order, so call before you go if that matters to you.

Didn’t look like a vacuum had been anywhere in the hotel in a LONG time … and the floors in the room & bathroom were not clean .. soon realized why the place is $49 a night -

When we went to check in there was no one at the desk. Ringing the bell did nothing. We finally saw a small sign saying to come back in 15 minutes, not what we wanted to do late at night after a long day of travel and just wanting to rest. Once finally able to check in the staff person was extremely unfriendly and seemed angry/hostile. We finally checked in to find that this place was an absolute hole. Everything was broken. Exterior doors had exposed glass falling out and door did not lock. While on unloading trips, my wife was followed into the building by a man that wouldn’t leave her alone. Construction materials were left all over the place making it unsafe for kids. Rooms had been repainted but the paint was splattered on the flooring. The whole night people were slamming doors, knocking loudly, and yelling. Would never give this place our business again and we cancelled our reservation for our return trip through the area, choosing to stay elsewhere further down the road. Expedia should disassociate itself from this property ASAP.

Nonsmoking room, but smelled like an old smokey casino. Bathroom door had a hole in it, as if it was kicked in. Also, matching door knob hole on the inside of bathroom wall. Almost every inch of room seemed dirty. Over all, didn’t expect much from $55 a night but was a little disappointed in shape of room.

Great budget motel to stay at. We checked in at 1 am, the attendant came quickly to the desk and checked us in fast and courteous for being 1 am in the morning. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice to be abke to rest our heafs for a bit while on our long drive to California.

I reserved a room. Tried checking in. No one was there. I tried pushing the service button, calling the service number with no response at all. Needless to say they charged me. But I had to go to a different hotel to get a room.

Worst motel yet
It was dirty and broken down. The light bulbs and bathroom lock and heater were all broken. Everything looked and felt very dirty. It was a relief leaving that place. Check in guy was unpleasant.

Well, it had a microwave. It did not have a coffee machine in the room. read. I took my dog out to pee and found that it was only available in areas where you had thorns and bristles. There was no place for a pet even though you told me it was pet friendly.

We didn't even stay and they won’t refund our money. We checked in, used the toilet and it overflowed uncontrollably. Went to the front desk who said, "oh, you flushed the paper..." Last we checked, we were in a developed country where we can flush toilet paper. Nothing was said at check in. There were no signs saying not to flush toilet paper... the toilet overflowed so bad, it went into the hallway through the wall. The staff cleaned it up, but the area smelled like sewer. There wasn't another room with a king bed, and that's what we paid for. Completely unreasonable at this hotel not refunding our room after expecting us to know that they have a terrible sewer system without warning us anywhere. If they had stated this in the description, we would never have picked this hotel. General manager hasn't been available to take any calls either, very unprofessional. Terrible place.

Rooms are in dire need of deep clean. Rm 116 has a broken latch /window and slides right open from inside and outside. Parking dark. We had to wedge a wooden hanger to sleep. Bed sheets were clean atleast. Pool (indoors) was closed but clear to see why. Should be condemned from the dirty window view (sludge and not cleaned in years). Entrance from parking was not secure. Door in need of repair too. Agent at desk was clearly disinterested in the list we detailed about the rooms condition. It was cheap but so was the room and service. Never going back.

This place should not be able to say it has a pool. It is a partially filled containment of green sludge that has not been useable for a long time. I'm not sure why the grouchy guy at the desk demanded ID from both of us 'to prove we're not involved in human trafficking'. Maybe it's a problem along I15; I don't know. I'm not sure that the late evening bark about Utah liquor laws vis a vis a single beer outside your room door was necessary, either.
