Convenient for a one night stop over

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Cons: New shower surrounds would be a nice improvement.
Location: We just stayed for one night....one stop on our journey.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel shows wearing, but it was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly.

One of the beds in the room had been slept in. There was hair and fresh stains on the sheets. The bathroom floor and mirror were dirty. It was overall dirty. They moved us to a different room when I complained. Sheets were clean but overall dirty.

Good value

Pros: Location
Location: I CANNOT recommend "Timberline" restaurant next door. Slow service, out of soup, chile was tepid, mashed potatoes were actually cold.
We had nice overnight stay while travelling. The room was clean and comfortable with contemporary ammenitites.

One night stay in Beaver

Posted Feb 13, 2014
Pros: It was dog friendly
Cons: Fix the hot tub.
Location: There is nothing to do in Beaver except pass through it.
Just needed a place to rest for the night. Hotel was decent and a good price. I picked this place primarily because it is dog friendly and there was a hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service...bummer but at least my dog could stay with me. The staff were friendly and they had a decent breakfast.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Scrape the building and rebuild
The hotel was filthy. I could not sleep it was so dirty. The previouse guest in my room left grease on the door jam which wasn't cleaned off and actually got all over my shirt ruining my shirt. Gross hotel. I will find a Hampton Inn next time.

Headed home from Idaho

Posted Jun 15, 2013
Pros: Comfy bed, restaurant nearby had great food.
Cons: Service at the checkout counter; cleanliness around the entrance door.
Location: Restaurant next door is excellent.
Tons of trash upon entering the side door gave me a bad impression to begin with. The room was fairly clean, bed was comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep. The woman checking me in was polite but had me down for a handicapped room, which I had not requested. She changed rooms for me. Upon checking out, however, I was met with a very rude person at the counter. The total I paid was higher than the Expedia quote. She was abrupt and borderline obstinate when I politely asked about the discrepancy. Because of her service, I won't be staying here again. Breakfast is included, but the tiny room was so full I could hardly move, let alone find a place to sit. The food was not appetizing so it was okay anyway.

Quality at this Quality Inn

We were greeted by a friendly face. It was a very clean everything worked as it was designed to do. Very quiet and peaceful. They had a nice clean well maintained breakfast area. We were told goodbye by a freindly face all at a resonable rate. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
