“"Not impressed"”

We came back to our room at 5pm after hiking all day. Needed to shower because we had reservations for a show. There had been a water main break around 2:30 or 3:00 and there wasn't any water until 12:30am. We realize that these types of things happen, however, the hotel did not inform us nor keep us updated on the progress of the situation. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience or offered any sort of compensation. We were very disappointed that the situation wasn't at least addressed.

“Very Nice!”

While this hotel is currently undergoing some renovation, it is still an excellent place to stay. It is staffed by very friendly people who truly care about their guests. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. This one is a keeper!

“Will definitly stay again if prices and perks stay the same!!”

Clean,Friendly and conveniently located. The price was right, plus we received a $20 Target card upon arrival. I guess the only thing that would have made it a really great place would be a complimentary breakfast. We will definitly considering staying there again.

“Beware the not-included breakfast buffet”

This is a typical Courtyard by Marriott: clean and well priced, but certainly not a luxury hotel. However, the breakfast buffet was not included and was surprisingly pricey. We weren't told in advance and were very surprised by the bill. We'd go back, but will look for a cheaper breakfast option.

Traveler's tip

Definitely skip the buffet unless you're in a hurry. There are several other options close by.
