Great spot - close to skiing

We and another family stayed 3 nights and it was clean, nice, and convenient to the ski resort. Didn't miss the pool cause it was super cold outside. Staff was friendly and it was a perfect fit for us.

What's with the cleaning staff?

I don't understand why the cleaning crew had to knock on my door 5 times on the morning of check out. I had the do not disturb card in door lock but that didn't stop them. Very disappointing.
