Person at front desk was great - very welcoming and personable on arrival. Could not access wi-fi and he took my laptop and did his best to help with no success but gave me an 877 phone number to call and they got me on line quickly.

Our room was clean and comfortable and convenient to the dog walking area for our pup. Restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Asked if we needed help finding lobby, smiled at us and made small talk. The breakfast was very meagre. Dispenser for bags for pet waste needed to be refilled in dog walking area, so dog owners had left quite a bit of waste on the ground. A good experience that could have been excellent with a better breakfast and attention to detail in the dog walking area.

This hotel was below average. The first room we checked in the toliet was not clean (without being more descriptive). They gave us a new room and said we would receive a discount. Not sure that is possible booked through Expedia. The next room which was king size bed (for 2 people) had one full size bathroom towel. We had to ask for extras. It had one coffee cup for coffee. The night stand had a charging area for cell phones but loose connection. My phone was not charged the next morning. Small pillows. There were cigarette butts in the hallways. This would be a great construction workers or truck drives that just want a bed for the night. Disappointed and I normally don’t share my comments on these sites.

nice place but very noisy and all kinds off weed smell in the hallways. there seemed to be a bunch of underage kids they rented to. in the hall slamming doors all night. told the guy at the desk but didn’t seem to care much. won’t stay again

Just a wee bit dated property but clean and in good shape. I stayed here in June this year and was passing by again on another vacation trip so I decided to stay here again. Even asked for the same room and it was available so they gave it to me. Unless I was given a reason, I’d stay here any time I’m in the area.

Pet friendly
This hotel is very convenient to highway and near several restaurants. It is pet friendly which is one reason we chose it. It is well worn but clean and fine for a one night stay.

We love this hotel. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Many restaurants within walking distance. We always stay here on our trip North.

Short stay but comfy.
The hotel was reallybgreat and clean. The only thing that shocked me was how old the shower fixture was . I have never one like that before. If I stay there again i will know how tobturn the shower on and not have to take a full bath...LOL. the staff were great people as keep upbthe good work. The hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants and Kroger is up the street if you are so inclined.

Checked In an television did not work. Front desk said tech already left nothing could be done. Room smelled from cigarette smoke, rug was filthy. Room was $115 and nit worth it at all.

Overall it was ok. There was no hot water in the shower. When we arrived there was a wasp in the room. The hairdryer didn’t work. There is a free breakfast which was ok and an outdoor pool. However, there were no pool towel so we had to use ours. The room was clean.

While we understand that the room was pet friendly, the smell in the room was unbearable. Will not return. Carpets should be replaced. There were holes in the carpet by the door.
