First: it is no longer Americas best value. They recently switched to travelodge. And by recently, I mean within the week of my trip. Now, seeing as it was a recent change, you can expect issues. Such as computer problems. I checked in online, yet waited 40 minutes for my room. The guest before me was sent to a room that was supposedly empty, only to find a half naked (and suddenly very angry) woman already in there. Our non smoking room stank like cigarettes and old man. You could see Half the rooms were unoccupied because they were in mid-renovation process. It just seemed sloppy. Here's the good: the front desk workers were nice even though you could tell they were at their wits end. The sheets and blankets smelled really nice. There's a "spa"! Which is a hot tub in a little outshack. No one told me about it, and I didn't see it til the following morning, so I missed out on that gem. The wifi actually worked, the breakfast wasn't terrible, and there was cable tv. All in all, it wasn't terrible. It was exactly less than what I expected from a $50 a night hotel. And on my return trip, I booked elsewhere.

Room was clean and comfy. They are currently updating the hotel. Ladies at the front desk are very nice. Will definitely stay again.

canceled after listening at front desk. Booked non-smoking room - not available. another couple was back from their assigned room, only to have walked in on another couple in the room. their 2nd tryu at a room ended with it smelling so bab that they canceled.

Pros: everything necessary for a traveler was provided,
Location: plenty of restaurants, gas stations, did not have time to go to other activities.
easy check in and out.well located although a bit difficult to find with so many buildings grouped together.

was not aware of name change 3 days prior to visit so was a bit difficult to find

claen beds. the carpet and room chair could stand a good cleaning but it was very affordable and i have stayed and will stay here again.
