Family run motel

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Very reasonable price and convenient location to the relatives that that we were visiting.
All needs were met. We were looking for a place to sleep, not a luxury resort.

Great find. Old school but run efficiently. Quiet and nearby great food spots and a wine store.

Can't Tell a Motel from The Curb

Posted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: Sorry, can't really think of a thing.
Cons: Start with a bulldozer and go from there.
This facility looks reasonably good from the street, and the checkin staff was nice, but once you open the door to your room it's all downhill. It's old, dark, and dingy, and the beds were soft and uncomfortable. The bedspread was dark, so dirt wasn't visible, but we were convinced it hadn't been cleaned in years. The shower walls were moldy, the fiberglass floor was bubbled and flexed when you stepped on it. The water took forever to seep down the sink drain. The service staff apparently "borrowed" the grocery cart they use to collect laundry. We were looking for a cheap one-night stay near Concord-Lexington, and this location at $100 ($70 too much) was on the low end of the options. Suggest you look elsewhere.

Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room

Other than the smoke smell of the room, everything else was fine.

Good motel w/ little bit obsoleted rooms

Posted Nov 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
Daily room cleaning service (but no one has cleaned microwave oven for weeks, had to clean it ourselves in 30min before using first time). Area of Bedford and Lexington is very nice and also good starting point for visiting Boston and Cambridge (note: we used rental car, not traveling by bus/train). Interieur is not up to date, but for this category of charging perfect to stay over night. When we visit Boston area again, we will book here again.

O. K place to stay

Bedford Motel is an older place, reasonably well maintained. Everything doesn't always work. It is an O. K. place to stay, reasonably priced in a very expensive part of the country.

Nice stay

Friendly staff and decent accommodations for the price. They said they do not allow service dogs however, might want to check out federal law.
