“Convienent to local town and restaurants.Nice people and clean rooms, would go book there again.”

I was very hesistant to book here after reading the past reviews. They have updated their decor so was impressed with our room although it was small, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel people were friendly and helpful, KI would book their again if we are going through the area.

“Room stunk”

We needed a room for the 911 events in Shanksville, PA and this was the nearest available at a reasonable price. I wish something else was available. The room had a bad odor likely from allowing dogs in the rooms. Bathroom was clean, but was the ugliest color combinations. Pink tile floor, burgandy and tan walls, tan, blue and green cutrains. You had to run the hot water for some time for it to get hot and the shower nozzle did not spray evenly. Bar soap was provided, but no shampoo. Stains in the carpet in various areas of the room. The beds were a little soft, but did appear clean. There were 3 of us and we had to ask for another set of towels and we asked for 1 extra pillow case to wrap an extra pillow from home and were told that would cost extra. My daughter laughed and told no way and they let her go without a charge. Not really a good experience. It did serve to purpose and no bed bugs!

“A bad experience”

They put us in a smoking room which we had not reserved and it was COLD. We then were put into a non-smoking room with no heat. The heat coming out was barely warm and it was a snowy night and freezing outside. The sheets were freezing so we got our money back and went to our usual, Ramada Inn which was comfortable and warm. It was a bad experience.
