Hotel just off the freeway.Posted Jul 17, 2015
Cons: The pool was not available.
Location: We could walk to several different restaurants if we were careful. No sidewalks.
our day of driving was not fun -- lots of traffic through construction areas. This hotel was right there as we got off the freeway. The manager asked about our drive which I described, and he then gave us directions as to how we could avoid the same thing the next day by going a different way. We went his way, and it was great! AAA should hire him!!!

Enjoyed our stay.Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: It was clean, comfortable, reasonable, and easy to find, and it included a good basic breakfast.
Cons: The pool was out of service.
Location: It was right by the turnpike exit, restaurants and services.
We stayed here one night on our way from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh. The service was excellent, the manager was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable at a good price.

Clean bed, but that is about it.Posted Aug 9, 2012
Pros: Big room
Cons: smell, condition of rooms, decor was HORRIBLE
Location: Right off the interstate, across from a gas station with a McDonald's.
First thing we noticed was the outdoor pool which was empty (in August). The reception area smelled really bad, and our "non-smoking" room clearly had been smoked in. The room was big and clean, but in poor condition overall. The TV was way too small for the size of the room and internet did not work. It was an ok place to spend one night during our trip, but not some place I would go to for more than sleeping.

A bad experiencePosted Jan 24, 2012
Cons: Everything unfavorable. Should never be rated as high as it is.
They put us in a smoking room which we had not reserved and it was COLD. We then were put into a non-smoking room with no heat. The heat coming out was barely warm and it was a snowy night and freezing outside. The sheets were freezing so we got our money back and went to our usual, Ramada Inn which was comfortable and warm. It was a bad experience.

Room stunkPosted Sep 13, 2011
We needed a room for the 911 events in Shanksville, PA and this was the nearest available at a reasonable price. I wish something else was available. The room had a bad odor likely from allowing dogs in the rooms. Bathroom was clean, but was the ugliest color combinations. Pink tile floor, burgandy and tan walls, tan, blue and green cutrains. You had to run the hot water for some time for it to get hot and the shower nozzle did not spray evenly. Bar soap was provided, but no shampoo. Stains in the carpet in various areas of the room. The beds were a little soft, but did appear clean. There were 3 of us and we had to ask for another set of towels and we asked for 1 extra pillow case to wrap an extra pillow from home and were told that would cost extra. My daughter laughed and told no way and they let her go without a charge. Not really a good experience. It did serve to purpose and no bed bugs!
