Awful experience. They charged me for my stay even though I did it through expedia. Currently waiting a returned call from them about it (been 12 hours). Messed up my reservation and didn't leave proper information in the hotel room.

Roomy, clean, beautiful room. Lots to do in the hotel. Not much to do in the surrounding area, besides a mall nearby.

Pros: Spacious, quiet.
Cons: The manager should at least act with the same level of class as the hotel chain is known for.
Location: Near Boston, away from the hustle and bustle, but driving distance to a lot of nearby sites.
Nice Hotel, would generally recommend EXCEPT if you book through Expedia. The person managing the front desk seemed to have some disdain for Expedia members. I am a HHonors member. I happened to book this particular trip via Expedia, first time I did that. I am used to receiving a receipt the night before checking out. I didn't receive one, so I went to the front desk on the way out. I asked for a copy of the receipt and was asked if I wanted a blank piece of paper. I looked quizzically at the person and he mentioned I booked through Expedia. He reiterated that he'd give me a blank sheet of paper if I really wanted one. I thought that was crass, flippant and condescending. He was allegedly the manager. I let it go at that point, but decided to call to let him know I was disappointed with his comments. His apology? I'm sorry you TOOK it that way, not I'm sorry for the comment or I'm sorry I said that! I told him what he could have said was, "Since you booked through Expedia, they will provide the receipt." Offering me a blank piece of paper was uncalled for.

The hotel was clean. The indoor pool was pleasantly warm. Restaurant prices seemed a little high.

Pros: The location, the quiet, the environs.
Cons: Room keepers could mid-morning to find out if occupant needs any help or changes.
Location: Location, perfect! Quiet and cosy environment!
Was there to rest! Did get a real resting environment!

Very good hotel with a lot to offer for family gathering, business meetings, very good gym and pool. Comfortable bedrooms with quite sleep. Italian restaurant and pizzas, etc.

On of the worst holiday spent a hotel

upon arrival from a long trip, I wanted to take a shower and was able to do so due to the pool of water gathering in the tub. I called about this issue on Thursday night and this issue was not resolved until the following night.it is not okay to be standing in water of my own much less someone else's who has been there prior to me. This was totally unacceptable. The room wasn't cleaned until my 3rd nights stay. I also felt very uncomfortable walking through someone's wedding reception in the dinning area in order to get to my room.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience at our hotel and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I will need to do a little research as this is not our typical level of service. Housekeeping service is a daily occurance and our engineering department must respond to guest room issues within a certain time period.

Pros: Clean, updated
Location: Nice drive into Boaton
It's different than many other Doubletree properties but nice. It's just at few stories spread over a huge area. Front desk was helpful, the room was clean and nice.
